They're obviously not as detailed or precise as the $30, $80, or multi-hundred dollar plane toys out there... but these Daron die cast aircraft are perfect for our 3YO planespotting kid who is learning about plane shapes and liveries. And the <$10 price tag takes the sting out of the inevitable broken wing or engine or wheels. We get one for our kiddo each time he takes a flight (to resemble the airline and aircraft type on our trip) as a memento of the adventure. Fun for all of us!

My son loved this Turkish Airlines model plane – it stands out from his other die-cast planes because it actually has a landing gear, which makes it more realistic and fun to play with.
