Lives up to the hype, for the most part
== Bottom line ==Based on about 1 month's daily usage and trying 4-5 other "premium" scooter brands, I would recommend this to anyone as a daily commuter (less than few miles daily), particularly if you looking for higher top speeds and aren't concerned about an extended warranty.== Pros ==- support & pre-sales, very thorough and responsive- good brakes (front and rear)- low weight and profile (relatively easy to carry, I'm 170 lbs, male)- overall design, well thought out- battery and distance/range (so far) + accurate battery meter- presence of speedometer and readout- few assembly steps out of the box- safety features: horn + turning signal- quiet functionality== Cons ==- top speed, was expecting to hit 30 mph easily, I can only get about 25 mph on flat concrete (I'm 170 lbs) - fully charged- tires skid too easily when both brakes are applied (above about 20 mph, pretty dangerous)- no US charger (!!) (you will need a US adapter)- acceleration leaves some to be desired- packing/styrofoam, messy and not recyclable- lack of extended warranty (for repairs and maintenance and replacement parts)- no security features, difficult to lock to a bike rack- no 'technology' (like app for phone for configuration)- not on Amazon Prime- managing controls on handlebars: brakes, signaling, horn, throttle, is fairly awkward - I would prefer a throttle similar to a motorcycle versus a finger lever== Finer points ==- suspension is better than most scooters but still struggles to absorb city streets, can be dangerous at higher speeds- configuration through the speedometer display is awkward and non-intuitive, but you basically only have to do it once, so not a big deal- I'm still trying to find the best way to lock the scooter to a bike rack. With 'normal' bike locks, it's awkward because you have to get on your knees to loop the lock through the wheel and then route to an immovable objectI can post pictures and/or a video review if given the feedback.

Not happy with service or product
it's clearly false advertisement says 40 mph does 25 tops. Also i wanted to return it and because my cleaning lady threw away the box they wouldn't take it back ! it's bs i offered to pay for a new cardboard box and they wouldn't exchange it for me? it's not like i was getting money back i actually would have lost 400$ by exchanging for the smaller model
