Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works great! Use this at my shop. Holds several towels & my hot rocks. Also use with the sterling tools. Stays hot when needed & cools down quickly. Size is perfect. Doesn't weigh much. Definitely worth the price!

We use it to warm a blanket or 2 for my elderly mother. She loves it.

Just received it today. Wiped it out with wet cloth really well and testing it out with wet towels with a few drops of eucalyptus oil on each. Seems to work well. Some people said it stunk like chemicals but maybe they didn't wipe it out first. Heating nicely, no stink. Happy with it and great price point! Perfect size to fit a bunch of towels or 8 towels and a couple stones and cream for massage.

I purchased this towel warmer less than a month ago for my spa business, and from the very first time I plugged it in, it gave off a strong burning smell. I hoped it would stop after the first use, but unfortunately, the issue has only gotten worse. Every time I open it, the burning scent is still there.It clearly seems to have an electrical fault and is not functioning as it should. This is extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for a professional setting. I shipped this product to my spa in Jamaica, and now that the return window is closed, I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and could be a potential fire hazard.This is not a cheap or disposable item — I expected it to last and perform safely. I’m kindly requesting a refund or replacement, because this is not just an inconvenience — it’s a safety issue. Please take this matter seriously.

Great interior size and 2 shelves for plenty of hot towels, a hot neck wrap, and hot basalt stones. Takes 30 minutes to heat up then keeps the towels very hot.

First one, U. V. light don’t work, they sent a replacement, it work good but top shelf seem flimsy for the towels. Over all the heating work well.

I recently tried out this towel warmer, and overall, it’s a solid option for keeping towels warm throughout the day. When you fold the towels as compact as possible, it does a great job of maintaining warmth for an extended period. When I first got this towel warmer, I was not folding them very compact, and I thought the towel warmer was not doing a great job. But it was how I was folding them.I work eight hour days and my towels stay warm all day long. They take about an hour to warm up so if you are in a hurry, warm them up in the microwave first. Another thing to keep in mind is that, according to state board regulations, you’ll want to leave the door open when the warmer isn’t in use to ensure proper state board rules are followed. But overall, it performs well and does what it’s supposed to do!
