Q: Why do it say pack of 6 but you only get one

I too, only received a single pouch. I got in touch with them and they sent a replacement. Unfortunately, it was only a single pouch. So, i had customer service call me and I explained what had happened and they refunded me the full cost, $19.00. The listing does say it's for 6 pouches. Amazon needs to correct the listing with what the warehouse is told to ship. These mix-ups are not giving the Lee Kum Kee store good press or reliability.
