GOODJANES Professional Hands-Free False Eyelash and Makeup Mirror Stand (Mirror Sold Separately)

I saw Annette's Makeup Corner using this mirror. This led me to hunt it down. I was disappointed to find it sold out and no other mirror made similarly. I would periodically check to see if it was back in stock and was thrilled to see it available again.I've been using it for some months now. While I agree that the mirror can be easily knocked off, after adjusting where I put it and being careful around it, I find that "problem" a non-issue. The magnets are strong. If they were stronger, then it would make it difficult to detach the mirror intentionally.I highly recommend for applying eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara and false lashes.

This would be perfect if the base of the mirror screwed to the stem instead of magnets. I have bumped the mirror and knocked it to the floor several times breaking one of the mirrors.

My lashes never looked better than they did the two days I had this before it broke. The magnets are a joke. The mirror is a good size and not that lightweight, so why they made this magnetic is beyond me. There are so many better ways to securely attach a fragile, cumbersome item to a stand. It falls off easily even when adjusting the arm of the stand. Today it finally broke. :(

Because the three Way mirror is used in applying false lashes, I expected the mirrors to be magnifying! I had one years ago and besides being a three Mirror it magnified your eyes and the lashes so you could see more closely how to apply them. The ones that I ordered really failed to help in the application of lashes!!! I am returning it tomorrow to Kohl’s!!!!

What I love? The fact that this mirror exists. I had a similar mirror about 40 years ago and I have been seeking a replacement for 4 decades. It is so nice to use a three way mirror for applying eye liner, shadow, etc. However, I would be willing to pay a heck of a lot more for the following features: strong lighting, a smaller and better stand and perhaps magnification (if magnification would work in such a mirror). The stand is enormous and looks goofy on my make-up table. The magnet attachment to the stand is cool but I would prefer the stand to be much smaller. And, in my dressing area, the mirror is really dark but I will figure out how to use it. I think if the stand allowed it to be lower, then more light would be reflected but I will have to work with it to truly give suggestions for improvements. Perhaps I will write an update after I use it some more. Overall, I am thrilled and will likely purchase more of the mirrors (no stand) for my friends as a unique gift.

This thing has become a part of my daily routine. Even I travel I take the top part with me. So convenient, love the easy detach mirror. The only improvement would be a built in light maybe around the edges

The mirror and stand came in perfect condition and looked just like the picture on the Amazon ad. The problem is : The mirror is advertised to have 10X magnification in the center and 5X on the top and bottom. The mirrors have no magnification at all. I have single mirrors with 5X and 10X magnification, so I know what it should be. When I hold a regular, non magnified mirror next to this one, it is the same. It is not usable for putting on eyelash mascara, or false eye lashes. Just too small to see. With the magnification it was supposed to have, it would have been great. I had to return it. Now there is no way of knowing if the other sellers have non magnified mirrors too. Amazon doesn't let you contact sellers to find out.

Read others having problems… just glue mirror and glue on table or on a board so it doesn’t topple over. I love mine. Wish it came with a light and choice of magnification but very pretty.
