Canon 7D Mark II Screen Protector,Professional Optical Camera Tempered Glass LCD Screen Protector for Canon 7D Mark II 7D2

I bought my 5D3 2nd hand 4 years ago and it came with one of these screen protectors. When my camera was in my bag, it received a knock which shattered the screen protector. Fortunately, the screen protector did it's job and the LCD screen survived without a scratch. I have now bought a replacement screen protector. Thank you!

Slightly wide but functional.

good protection but can't use the touch screen when it's fitted

Very bad fit and flimsy (cheap plastics). Easy for sand to get under the cover and scratch the screen making this product defy it's purpose.

It's to close to the buttons and this cold weather it gets fogged up under the cover

Spent ages tracking down a mint low shutter count canon 6D. When I finally found it I decided to try the silicone skins to protect the body ...horrible (don't go there) So. thought fitting a guard over the rear screen would act as bumper and stop the camera from hitting zips/studs etc on clothes whilst being worn either over the shoulder or around the neck. This piece of junk ACTUALLY scratched my then pristine canon 6D. So badly engineered and built it simply slides around, resulting in scratches to the screen and surrounding area. I was furious. I've since sold the camera and purchased a much much cheaper model of the 6d that is covered in scrapes - that now sees daily use and I couldn't care less how many more scratches it picks up Owning and using a battered camera is quite liberating...you no longer care about cosmetics...only the pictures. But that doesn't detract enough from the fact that this protector doesn't actually protect!
