Installed on a site where cellular connection is the only way. The system works as promised but there are some delays that really annoy my client. When you enter a PIN to gain access there is a 6-8 second delay before the system responds with a beep and the gate opens. Meanwhile the UPS man is thinking he entered the PIN wrong so he starts entering again which throws the system off. ALL other gate keypads that I have used grant access the instant a good PIN is entered. I have sent an email to tech support on this issue but they do not respond. I would like to see better support and this issue resolved before I give it 5 stars.
