Good towels, quality guarantee
I bought three sets to replace all of our worn, frayed, mismatched bath linens. When they arrived, I washed them following the enclosed instructions. There was a LOT of lint, which the instructions warn you to expect at first. Prepare to empty the lint screen once or twice during the dry cycle. They came out soft and fluffy. My husband likes thick towels and I prefer them thinner. These hit somewhere in the middle and we're both satisfied with their thickness. They're heavy and absorbent. After the second wash, one of the washcloths had loose threads and seemed to be starting to unravel on one edge. I'd used the included QR code to register for the manufacturer's warranty, so I emailed them, attaching a photo with the brand tag and the damage showing. They responded the next business day (Monday) and I received a new pack of washcloths today (Wednesday). That's fast!Even with one defective washcloth out of three sets, I would've considered these towel sets a bargain based on their quality and price. I'm really impressed that the manufacturer stands by their products and warranty, and takes quick action to replace items that don't live up to expectations.

Buy, buy, buy, but be aware.
While these are amongst some of the best bath linens we have ever had, there is what I, at this time, would say is a problem with the washcloths. I believe it to be isolated to certain specific conditions, but neither we nor the company have determined the root cause. For that reason, I would give the product four stars, but, because of the excellent customer support and the company replacing the washcloths, I raised it back to five stars and would raise it to nine stars if I could. These bath linens are stunning. The fabric content is excellent to the touch, feel, and drying ability. Also, these are the first towels we have owned, and we have owned more expensive name brand towels, which during their first few uses, you don’t end up with lint all over you.Now to the problem. We purchased ours in white, but before reading on, be aware that if you purchase a darker color, this may be a nonissue for you. After using the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths the first time, and be aware, we pre washed them all with absolutely no issue, but when we washed them the first time after their first actual use, they all came out beautiful in their bright white color except for the washcloths, which changed to something between an ivory or tan color. See the photo. One of the effected washcloths is to the right of one of the hand towels it was laundered with, and both are sitting on top of one of the bath towels they were laundered with. This was a first for us. We have owned white bath linens many times in the past and have never experienced such an issue. Based on our experiences with these, we believe it to be an interaction between the bath soap we use and possibly a chemical that was used in the manufacture of the fabric the bath linens were made from. While I will avoid naming the bath soap brand, I will say, it is a popular and highly used brand, and the bars are green in color. That being said, the washcloths did not change color in the shower. It happened during the laundering process, but again, the bath towels and hand towels, which were laundered right along with them were unaffected. This has happened to all these washcloths, which have been used with this hand soap in the shower. However, and quite interestingly, new washcloths, which have been used at the sink with a different brand face soap bar and laundered along with the others have not altered in color at all. This is why we believe it to be tied to an interaction between the bath soap bar and some chemical used in the manufacturing process.I don’t want this to happen anyone else, but with all things considered, we would buy these bath linens again and again. They are still some of the best we have ever used.February 11, 2025 Update - First of all, we still love these bath linens and would buy them again. However, we have new information. I believe we have proven the bath soap bars we used, in conjunction with something used in the manufacturing process of at least this lot of bath linens, to be the culprit. As I alluded to in my earlier post, our bath soap bars are a very well-known and very popular brand. When this issue occurred, with multiple washcloths from this manufacturer only, we were using the soap bar variety, which was green in color, and this discoloration issue resulted during the laundering process.Since the initial post, we have swapped to the bath soap bar manufacturer’s pure white soap bar variety. We selected an unused washcloth from both the original order of bath linens from this manufacturer and from the replacement washcloths they sent us. After multiple uses and laundering, these washcloths remained their original bright white color. While I will not recommend to anyone what bath soap they use or more importantly, not to use, I will say, based on our experience with the washcloths, we will no longer use bath soaps with artificial coloring.Best wishes to all.

Fluffy and soft but not consistent between colors
These brown towels are wonderfully thick and fluffy. High quality. Very satisfied. Not as satisfied with the light gray ones. Same style but not nearly as thick or fluffy.

The Best White towel Set
I bought 3 sets of these towels to replace others that have seen their days! These towels are wonderful...they are big, thick and soft. So cuddlely and l love using them. They are white and they look great hanging in my white, beige and brown bathroom. They also wash up nicely...no shedding either. Definetly would purchase these, again!

Soft and thick
I read some reviews that said these towels were thin, but I don’t agree. I bought some towels for guests from a local home store, and paid the same amount as these towels cost. Those towels were very low quality, but these are high quality. They washed beautifully (lots of lint at first, but I expected that). They are soft and fluffy. IMO, a great value for the price.

Thick and short towels
I was really excited about these towels, however they were slightly thicker than I wanted and the bath towel barely covers my body (armpit/chest area down to bum region) when wrapped out of the shower. I’m roughly 5’5 so if that helps anyone. I also feel like being that they’re thicker it doesn’t dry very well but they are soft. If you wash them and dry well before use it does help with lint production and they are a beautiful gray. They also had other colors available too just keep in mind if you’re taller and don’t have proper drying rack or towel bars you may have moist towels.
