NatureSPA Deluxe Pet Fountain

Well first of all I got this for $4.99 or something can we all just take a step back and 👏?! I took a video because I wanted everyone to hear how very quiet it is. It's almost calming! It automatically shuts off if the water gets too low which is great because others don't do that and if you're like me and have multiple areas of food and water around your house sometimes you don't always pay attention at the right time and others will continue going and the motor will shut down burn out because it needs something in it in order to work properly so if you let it get low and there's not enough water well congratulations you're not the only one but with this it will shut off and then you'll really notice it because you will get used to the quiet sound of the water running so when you first get it you'll think what is that noise I hear what is that water running until you realize it's your cat's water fountain in your room! But then when you don't hear it you ask yourself why don't I hear the water running LOL it has a night light not that your cat needs it but it's nice for you! You see our cats can see with the lights on or the lights off but I'm sure she appreciates it in some way or another! It's definitely helpful if you put it in your room or something and that way you don't throw something across your room and have it land in the water cuz you can see it! It's pretty easy to set up although it was a little tricky to get the cords in there and everything hooked up without dismantling it before I got the last piece on and it just kept on doing that a couple times until I mastered it! But for $5 I couldn't believe it I could not even believe I was getting such a great deal so I snatched it up and I thought I really should buy another one but I have three already and I have one cat who lives on one floor of the house and I just like spoiling her so I wanted her to have water fountains anywhere she went instead of non-moving water because they like running water because they sense that it's fresh and it's not just sitting there. I would never go back to giving my cat just regular water not to mention that once you get used to having a fountain that holds a decent amount of water and you don't have to refresh every single day the only thing I suggest is when you're cleaning sweeping anything like that pick it up off the floor so that dust and little pieces of anything don't get in it because what is the sense of doing nice generous friendly loving things for your pet just to sweep the floors weekly or daily in my case leftovers in her water?!You may have became her best friend when you bought that water fountain that was soon replaced with worst enemy as soon as she had to go drink it and there's your hair floating around at the top that you didn't catch because sometimes those things aren't as visible as we think they are or just little pieces of dust and then you might find something on your pillow that night something that should be going into the litter box and not on your pillow and that my friend is called payback! Lol 💩

This is my 2nd one the first one quit after 2 Month , so they did send me a new one, and it lasted in less of month, now am stuck with just a white bowl, with no pump working , it would had been bad if I didn't ever clean it about every 3 or 4 day I bought 4 box of filter and change them every time I clean and put fresh water as my 2 cat are Very picky about their water, it sad you can't get good product anymore like we had in 50 and 60 I still have product I got back that I still use today. As you can see in the Photo no water coming out.

I've had this for a while now, and it works pretty well. However, it was kind of difficult to get everything arranged properly to get it to fit together, and it seems to get stopped up a little too often- which is easily remedied by wiping of the back side of the motor. Other than that it's a decent fountain for a good price.

I needed a drinking fountain for my elderly cat. I picked this one because of the low price. The item arrived quickly, and I am very excited to get it. The fountain is nice and steady with a blue light that glows at night. Love it. Would recommend this cat fountain for it's superior looks, performance and price.

Works great and the cats enjoy it. They used to insist on drinking out of the bathroom sink, so I usually kept it full. I put this on the counter next to the sink and they are quite happy with it. I've had it for several months and it's still running strong. Sometimes it develops a vibration, but I just give it a little whack and it goes back to quiet running. I once came home and found it on the floor in pieces - cats must have been a bit rambunctious. The top part snapped back in place with no problem and it ran fine after re-filling it with water.

This is the single most convenient item I've ever had the pleasure to own. Our cat is particularly finicky when it comes to clean water - she just will not drink from a bowl of still water, NEEDS to have it moving and so much waste occurred during her lapping up from the kitchen and bathroom faucets. Several other pet fountains were tried and failed, either because there wasn't enough arc/flow but mainly due to the filtration system (or lack thereof). The natureSpa's UV light filters the bacteria that naturally accumulates in water and the fountain has a GREAT flow. This is actually our second unit, the first latest over a year before the motor burned out (it was plugged in 24/7). The motor is quiet, the upkeep is incredibly easy and the benefits are great: we can really leave our cat for the weekend with no fear of her going either hungry or thirsty.

I have owned this fountain for 2 months. I bought it because I was looking for something different and the reviews were basically positive. The fountain worked fine for the first two weeks or so. After that, I could never get the water output flow to more than trickle out. I have completly cleaned every part multiple times, including the entire impeller system. There is nothing phsically wrong it's just a poor product. I want clarify comments by other reviewers. There is no shut off valve. If there was a shut off, two pumps would not have burned up because of a low water. There is no UV filteration, just a blue light (the only positive aspect of the fountain). It is not easier to clean the other models. In fact with all the wires you have to shove under the cover its more difficult. It does not operate on "low voltage". That's not possible, you plug it to 120V like every thing else. The pump is actually smaller and the fountain holds less water than the other fountains I made a mistake trusting the reviews. After looking at these reviews agian, they are WAY too positive and cute??!! Unfortunatly, I can't return it.
