ideally shaped
Great CS pan. yes, it's heavy. Having upgraded from a very flimsy CS pan {that still served us well}, this is a dream. The slope up the side is perfect and distinguishes itself from others. Between this one, 12 in and an 8 in cast iron, we have all our pan needs met. After a few quick layers of stove top seasoning, it was on the job, nonstick! Don't fret over the seasoning so much, put it to work and the pan will get better with each use

Merece la pena
Muy pesada, el mango muy largo para mi gusto, no cabe en el horno. Cocina de lujo y si la cuido bien no se pega nada. Eso sí, nada de cocinar ácidos (tomate, citricos) que eso hace que se pegue todo.

Caution: Do not buy
I've only had this pan for two days and have spent over 6 hours with it before putting in the trash. I use many cast iron pans so a heavier pan is not an issue for me. However, this thing is so heavy they recommend using your forearm when lifting it. Trying to move it with hot oil or butter would require a careful plan. As with a cast iron pan, they caution against using detergent as you will need to re-season. As with any new pan, I wash it before the first use. It immediately creates rust spots that won't come off. The inside of the pan is not level, it is raised in the center......which is left out of description. Thus, when you try to follow the instructions to season it, an approx. 4 inch circle burns in the center. See picture. After cleaning (they call the burn spots "stylish") and trying to season it multiple times, it is going in the garage for the next trash pick up. What a disappointment; a waste of time and money.
