Purchased this to replace a fault bathroom mixer tap. It comes well packaged with everything need to get it installed which is always good. I found it quite difficult to install and maybe it was due to me reciving a slighly defecting item. The threads on the bottom of the taps seemsed to be really tight and trying clamp this in a tight spot with it being quite tough to turn was quite hard work. I found that it was only a small section of the thread that was possibly an issue and only on the cold side. Once the clamp got past this it was fine. I also found that the foam part that goes between the tap and the clamps when tightened just moved to the side so either i overtightented it or that it needs mastik.Overall a decent tap once fitted, looks good but can be difficult to install.

Smart looking, easy to fit, reliable & easy to use (bath, basin and bidet). Excellent value.The hot bath tap delivers at a slightly slower rate than the previous tap that had become drippy.

A quality finished Item, works OK at low pressure but could be better. Our water tank is approx 1mtr. above the shower head. I have found it works slightly better with a different shower handset than the one provided. Fitted it OK with a bit of a struggle due to poor access. This would have been the same if I were just swapping like for like taps. On the whole good value for the money and pleased with the item.

I replaced the original bath taps with this mixer tap and shower head. I didn't use it for the purpose of installing a shower, but for the use of having a handheld shower head for when in the bath. I was unimpressed with the shower handle holder which was of a very poor quality and for the purposes of this shower head and mixer tap fitment, protruded far too much from the wall. I therefore had to source a generic shower head holder from another supplier. The shower head is cheaply cast out of a plastic material with a chrome paint finish. It's not badly put together and for what I need it for, is more than adequate. It's light in weight and works well. The mixer tap is very impressive. It's heavy and well well and came with all the necessary gaskets, seals and nuts to fit the unit in. I originally had two individual taps, and wondered if the change to a mixing tap would compromise the water pressure, but I find I have exactly the same pressure as before. I noted in the product specifications what water systems this would fit in, and mine was included, so though I wondered, I wasn't overly concerned. Considering this is a well known, reputable brand, the price of this item is excellent and I would recommend this product.

Bought this to replace a very old Bristan mixer tap that had started to leak from the shower outlet.It seemed more or less identical to me, so I bought it without hesitation.IT'S NOT THE SAME :((It might look the same, but the build quality is poor. It functions kind of ok, but the water flow from the hot side is vastly slower than the cold side. The previous Bristan tap had excellent flow from both hot and cold.It now takes five minutes longer to fill the bath :((It's sort of functional, so I will stick with it. Admittedly it was very good value for money, so I'll give it a middle-ish 3 Stars
