Cute little puffer for our 15lb min-pin, she hates the cold, and hates this coat just a little less than being cold. She has 12" neck and 17" chest, and is 12" long, the medium fit well, it could be a bit wider between the shoulders, but totally wearable (tag inside says "L"). It's perfectly 100% 5 star for a $5.25 coat.

This is a very nice vest and what an amazing price. My dog is a chi mix and weighs 8 pounds. I purchased a medium for her and it fits perfect. She usually takes a small or sometimes a x small, the medium in this vest is perfect. It is well made. I am happy with the purchase . It took about 2 weeks to get here which I did not think was bad at all.

My 3lb dog Zoe Jane Dior fits nicely into this XS -- love it!

My fur-baby wears a small. She is 6 pounds/9' neck/13' chest/11' back. I ordered this in a small thinking it would fit. The seller sent me a medium instead (thinking that american size small would actually be a medium in their sizes). The medium was a little to big. The seller then sent the small that I originally ordered. The small (pictured) fits her "just right" without room to grow. Medium was a little to big and small fit just right. Either way, I love the look and fit despite the hole openings being a little big (as other reviews have said). Love the look/fit after all of this little jacket.

My 5 1/2 pounder usually takes an XXS in EVERYTHING but she only needed an XS in this jacket. But, it's so affordable that we ordered both sizes & I'll give the smallest one away to a friend. It's kind of long in the back & bunches up around the neck but it's not a problem. I didn't pay for super fast shipping, but it still arrived fairly quickly.

The product arrived in perfect condition and fitted as stated. My pet now owns 4 of these jackets because they fit as stated and wash very well. When ordering take one size larger. I highly recommend Howstar.
