This may be long but worth the read! I initially wanted to return these because they were a tad uncomfortable in my ear after a few hours. The company contacted me to ask how these were working for me so far and I was honest with them. They are sending me a smaller ear piece at no charge for a better fit. They offered this before I could even ask! As for sound, these are not heavy bass earbuds but have really good sound quality for music, video, and phone calls. No lag on the video either which is a major plus! Here are a few points to consider if you are looking to purchase these.1. You will NOT find better customer service.2. These are THE BEST for taking phone calls. I leave my phone in one room of my house and tend to "wander" while talking. These do not disconnect and are crystal clear through 2 and three walls. The mic is only in the left ear but you can use both for a surround sound call experience.3. Both can be used at the same time for two different devices. I have the left (mic enabled) hooked to my phone and the right hooked to my tablet at work and can switch between the two with ease. This is a function you didn't know you needed!4. Push buttons. These are easy to operate and do not dig into your ear when you press them. The controls are simple and easy to remember.5. Battery life. Today alone I have use the right attached to my tablet going on 6 hours non stop and these are still going strong. A quick pop into the case will have them ready for the gym after work. Also, these STAY PUT during long workouts and its super easy to pause your music if someone walks up to talk instead of having to take them out.I initially did not like how much they stuck out of my ear but it makes it easier and much more comfortable to use the push button controls. Others I have tried are a literal pain to use if you have to use the controls.I have not used the cord yet to connect the two buds so I cannot speak to that but I can promise these are worth the money and you will not be disappointed. If you have any trouble or any questions the customer service team is on top of it for you. I'm talking less than 2 hours for an email reply which is unheard of! I am VERY pleased with these!

These are the most comfortable and secure ear buds I have ever owned hands down. My ears can never seem to hold any earbuds in. Now I’ve found some that stay. Sound quality is good and the look is stylish. The directions are a bit hard to follow making syncing these for the first time difficult for me. The individual buds need to pair with each other before syncing to your phones Bluetooth. After that, they sync right up on their own.

I decided to pick these up after my old pair of bluetooth earphones died. I was considering buying the same pair of bluetooth earphones again but I decided to be a little adventurous. My old bluetooth earphones had a wire connecting the two earpieces, which wasn't too bothersome, but it definitely added some weight.I've been seeing this new craze around Apple's AirPods and I decided I would hop on the "true wireless" headphones bandwagon. I wasn't going to buy any AirPods because of two reasons:1. They're super expensive. I'm not comfortable paying $160 for bluetooth headphones2. They're an Apple product made for iPhones. I own an Android phone (Galaxy S8), so there's a compatibility issue.Finding the right pair of true wireless bluetooth headphones was a problem since there are millions of brands on Amazon that offer them. Many of them fit my needs, such as having a portable charging case, replaceable tips, controllable playback/pause with buttons, and Bluetooth 5.0, but these headphones stood out for one particular feature: Attachable wires.As much as I love using Bluetooth wireless headphones, there will usually be a moment where I can't use Bluetooth with some products. For example, PS4s (and I think Xbox Ones) can't connect to Bluetooth headphones, you have to always connect a 3.5mm wired headphone to the controller. The Nintendo Switch doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity, so it always requires a 3.5mm wired headphone. Some games on my phone (such as PUBG Mobile) have audio glitches with Bluetooth headphones, but the game doesn't have any issues with wired headphones. Whenever I run into these situations, I always have to look around my house for wired headphones to use. However, these headphones solve that problem. All I have to do is take the included wires in the package, connect them to my headphones, and plug in my 3.5mm headphone cable.The weight on these isn't very noticeable. The noise cancelling certainly works fine, but it doesn't cancel out all noise. Charging the headphones is super simple, all I have to do is place the headphones in the charging case. There's some LED indicator lights that tell you how much charge is left in the case, which is nice. I don't listen to anything for several hours at a time with these headphones, so they never hit 0% charge, they're always in the case when I'm done using them. The charging case is fairly bulky but it fits in my pockets just fine. If you tend to wear skinny jeans or pants that have smaller pockets, you may find some difficulty trying to fit the case in your pants. One of my gripes with these headphones is the use of plastic in the headphone's construction, but it's not a deal-breaker for me, I can live with it.As for the sound quality, they sound great for a pair of ~$60 bluetooth earbuds. I wasn't expecting the sound to be decent since they were Bluetooth, but they sound almost as clear as my $100+ ATH M50X's. There's a good amount of bass if you're into bass-heavy music, but I'm more pleased with how fine the sound clarity is. It's perfect for listening to podcasts or movies.I can gladly say these are worth the money. It fulfills all my needs (Bluetooth 5.0, charging case, optional 3.5mm wire) and the sound is fantastic. I'm getting all these features while paying only a fraction of the cost of other popular brands' true wireless earbuds. I definitely see myself using these daily.

These are my first pair of wireless earphones, which I had been resisting buying because of battery life concerns. These A10's have such long battery life that it's really a non-issue, and it feels incredible to have cord-free listening, especially while working out.As for sound quality, these blow away any of the past earphones I've used in the $50 range. The bass is powerful and there's a crisp clarity to them that I was missing with all the other products I've used. Noise cancellation is also superb. It really helps put me in a zone with all outside noise muted.Comfort? Another A+. These babies stay perfectly snug in my ear with aches or soreness even after a 3-4 hour listening session.Really happy to have these!

I just got the set yesterday and have been testing it past 24 hrs. So far I am really impressed by the sound quality as well as the battery time. It was also pretty easy to connect to my phone and I did not face any issues. Loving these headphones for their price. Would recommend to everyone looking for portable budgeted headphones
