Used for first time today. Felt very comfortable and stable. The light will be very good for night time

Easy to fold and unfold, very sturdy and strong. The light works perfectly and is very bright. If you buy one of these canes and can't get the light to work, it's easy unscrew the lens anti clockwise and remove the plastic covering the batteries then screw the lens back on.

Works really wellOnly thing I could think could make it better is a thicker handle I'd of given it a 5Nice touch the torch

This quad stick has more helpful features than many of the much more expensive ones. I have poor balance & features such as the pivoting base are useful ( you can c hange you hand position without moving the base if you feel you are losing balance ). It folds/unfols easily & the little torch is an added bonus.

Am having balance issues and got it the help steady myself. The stick is good 🙂 but the light doesn't work properly, works intermittently sometimes. A loose connection I think. ( when ordering I didn't realize it had a built in torch. ) So I can live with it.

I use elbow crutches normally, but after purchasing a small mobility scooter I wanted walking aids that wouldn't be a hindrance and these are just right. Fold up small, extend into place in the blink of an eye and are very sturdy, I'm a thick set fella and they take my weight easily. Great buy

I only received this a day ago, but I thought I’d wait until I had some help as I have arthritic fingers with little strength. However, my cleaning has been unable to u do the little band to adjust the height, so at the moment, it is useless to me! I have a friend coming in tomorrow so I will ask her to try as well. I’m 🙁 because I was looking forward to using it. It has two advantages that are obvious to me (which is why I purchased) -1) additional height over my current stick, so it will help change my posture; 2) it has 4 feet as opposed to the 3 on my current stick. If I can get the adjustment, it will be perfect! Can anyone suggest how I undo that little ‘wheel’ to adjust the height to make this my perfect purchase please?
