It's nice to finally have a belt that fit's my small size. It works well and stays secured. I had to take a star off for a couple reasons, 1) the smell is very strong (like new tires) and takes a long time to dissipate, 2) while I like to support Vet owned companies (I'm also a vet), it's made in Pakistan.

This belt is wonderful. Way better than buckle style belts because it can be adjusted by millimeters to get the perfect fit every time. I use it for squatting and deadlifting. This belt easily helped me increase my squat and deadlifts and protects my back very well (I have a weak lumbar). My only complaint is I get a lot of loose strings around the Velcro stitching. This is minor though, especially since the Velcro is still snuggly attached to the belt. I don't know my measurements, but I ordered a small because my mom has the same belt and it fit well. I've finally reached maximum overlap in the belt and will definitely order from this company again to get a proper fitting (this time in pink).

I have been using this for a couple of my work outs. The belt seems pretty sturdy and I like the simple looking design of this and the fact that the company is run by veterans and they also support veterans. As an Army veteran, I would like to support a company like this.As for the rating, it would have 5/5 but my belt seems a little big to my body. My around belly was 35" so I ordered the medium size but I have to tighten it all the way to the end of velcro. Seems like I should have ordered a size down. To be fair, I wear my pants 32".

Best belt for a bad lower back or looking to prevent one. I lost/misplaced my original black one purchased probably a year and a half ago, never showed wear btw. So when I hurt my back lifting without it I knew I had to get another ASAP once I was healed. Makes a huge difference and supports 360 degrees of your torso, no pinching and easy to adjust. I decided to grab a different color in case the black one shows up and I couldn’t be happier. Despite the picture, the grey/silver is reflective like silver and looks great!

I purchased this back in early 2017 so almost 2 years with pretty mild use. I only ever used on heavy squats. A week ago the Velcro completely gave up and would not hold anymore. This is a problem they have now fixed with a new style buckle that mine did not have. So I contacted Fire Team Fit and they immediately sent me a new one. Six days from first email to when I had the new belt with new buckle in hand. These are crazy good belts and very comfortable for multiple reps or just a one rep max.

I was looking at several different options for weightlifting belts when I found this one from Fire Team Fit. The reviews were good, the price was good, and I liked the sound of the company, so I made my decision.I am still pretty new to heavy lifting, so I was pretty regularly pushing too hard without a quality belt and subsequently injuring myself. I had borrowed and tried other belts, and they helped some, but they didn't provide enough support for me. With this belt, though, I've been able to push harder with deadlifts and squats, as well as set a new deadlift PR, substantially heavier than my previous PR, within two weeks of training with the new belt.The belt itself is interesting, relatively thin but sturdy, and it provides great support. I really like what I've seen of the company, too; they seem like good people, and they provide excellent customer service. I did not require as much assistance as some of the other reviewers, for whom Fire Team Fit went the extra mile to provide service, but they were very prompt in responding to my questions and offering help if I did need it.I would absolutely recommend the belt as well as the company to anyone looking for a good, cost-effective weightlifting belt.

I was looking for an inexpensive belt that was pink and offered a good amount of support while also being able to really squeeze me in. I'm 5 feet and 115lbs so its hard to find a belt small enough but this works great and its super cute!

Great belt, when I would do squats before I had this belt I could fell a twinge in my back. That keep me from going up in weight. But with the belt I can know go up on the weight with out felling it in my lower back. I have gone from 185lb to 225lb without a problem. Only one issue I have and it has nothing to do with the belt. I ordered a medium belt and found it was a little to big, by that I mean I would have to tighten all the way to the end of the strap. I am a 37" by the measurement chart. Have all ready reordered the small and it works great. Not sure how long the Velcro will last on the belt but it seams to hold up just fine. This would be a good buy.

I measured myself correctly and ordered the right size but Velcro fastening keeps pinging open - ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!Updated review because company’s response was so swift and proactive- they are clearly a company who cares and wants to get things right.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Im using this belt for back support and not for weight lifting. Having bought cheaper back belts in the past, I found most of them not supportive enough. This one is very supportive, I use it when sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, these are the main things that trigger my low back pain. Ive found that wearing this belt for these tasks prevents the pain from happening. Its not something I would wear all day, but also periodically if I note the warning signs of the low dull ache. Pleased with purchase.

This is probably the best belt I have ever owned. It is very comfortable to wear and so supportive. Buckle slacken easily when you take it off and it arrived very quickly. If you’re looking for a good belt at a great price, this is the belt.REM

Just received the Quick Response design belt and the design is not as shown in their pictures and is far less aesthetically pleasing to the eye than the camo design with writing. The belt fits well and feels supportive, as it should. Probably going to return and select another design. A real shame. Also a shame they dont sell the black in their advertising.

I was pretty unsure which belt to buy, but after some research this one seemed to come out top in terms of being fit for the job and cost. It arrived the next day (it needed to as I had a competition!) and it’s fantastic. Comfy to wear, easy to adjust, does the job as well as looking great! Would highly recommend.
