Outstanding and it works with the Dreamwear Nasal Mask! I love this thing. SoSweet!
Outstanding! I watched a YouTube video on how to set it up and so when it arrived, I had it setup in just a few minutes and tested it out. WOW! I am new to CPAP and just got my first CPAP machine - it is so new that I had only cleaned it once. I am sooooo happy I don't have to do that again. The SoClean cleaned off the "new car" smell of my mask and replaced it with a "just cleaned" smell. "Clean" smells good. The best part is that it is so easy to use. By the way, I use this with a Philips Respironics Dreamwear Nasal Mask and it works just fine. You just have to be careful in how you sit it in there. I was worried about it working with it, and was happy that it fit. This is one product that is WELL WORTH THE MONEY! Think about how much time you save - wake up, drop in mask still attached to the tube, close the lid and walk away. The automatic timer takes over and when you go to bed, there is a clean mask, hose, and water tank - just like brand new. Heck, you don't even have to take the water out of the humidifier if you have one. They should call this product SoSweet! And thanks to Amazon for getting it to me so fast too.

Not a good choice for full face CPAP masks
We purchased the SoClean 2 CPAP Cleaner as the website said it works with all CPAP masks. We have a full face CPAP mask and it is extremely difficult to get it in the chamber. We first have to bend the face mask and jam it in there and then force the lid closed. We would return it but we don't have the box it came in. After it has completed the cleaning process we cannot say with any confidence that it did anything. It looks and feels the same as it did before it went it. You still have to manually clean the face mask so it doesn't take the place of that. If you have a full CPAP face mask, be aware that it will be difficult to fit it in the cleaning chamber.

WORTH EVERY PENNY
My husband had to manually clean his BiPap mask for the past year, usually with vinegar and distilled water, and then along came SoClean2. GOOD: Shipped quickly and completely. Easy to unpack. Worked great right out of the box. BAD: Instructions for individual machines a bit sketchy. (We have the Respironics System One). Took a few minutes to figure out connectors and connections. UGLY: Doesn't have battery backup for clock, so hooking to uninterruptible power supply (UPS) may be a good thing, which is also good to keep machine running during brief power outages. I ordered an APC UPS from Amazon to dedicate to both machines. OTHER: I found the smell it leaves to be fresh and clean--not that unpleasant. I let the mask run for about 30 seconds after cleaning before I put it on so the initial smell is not overwhelming.

So far, so good, but SoClean customer service is severely lacking.
I've used my new SoClean unit for 3 nights and so far I couldn't be happier with the functionality. When I purchased it on Amazon, I inadvertently bought the wrong attachment, and it wouldn't work with my ResMed S9. I tried to order the proper ResMed adapter from SoClean but discovered their customer service was bad, at least in my experience. That was a huge red flag, but I already had the unit. I just needed the proper adapter to use it.When I called SoClean, the lady asked me if I purchased the unit from them and I said no, I purchased it on Amazon. Then she transferred me to a voice mail, where I left my name, reason for calling and phone number in a clear, legible voice.....twice.Nobody ever bothered to return my call.I ended up purchasing the adapter on Amazon from Gold Coast Medical and it fit nicely and works like a charm. As far as the unit itself goes, setup was a breeze and once I got the right adapter, it seems to work flawlessly.I'm very pleased with my unit so far and will post updates if my experience changes over time.*************UPDATE********************I've had my unit for over 3 weeks now and I'm extremely impressed with it.I cleaned my CPAP after 2 weeks of using the SoClean and while washing the mask and hose, it seemed like I was cleaning something that was already clean, not like in the past. Impressive.I do seem to use more water in my unit than before, but that's ok. A full tank will last me for 2+ days. Every morning, I'll pop off the nose mask and clean it separately with special CPAP wipes and then store it in a little container. Then I put the rest of the mask in the SoClean enclosure and let it do its little magic act. Once finished, I remove it, snap on the nose mask and drape it over the headstand of my bed. I also barely open the lid of the CPAP (to deal with any condensation issues) so that when I go to bed, I simply push down on the lid to close it and I'm ready for another good nights sleep. The slight odor took some getting used to, but it's not a problem. The closest thing I can relate it to is when you walk into an indoor swimming pool enclosure. As of this moment, I am 100% satisfied and will update again if needed.***********************UPDATE2***************************I've had the machine for about 14 months and I'm still totally satisfied. Here is my routine.I use the SoClean2 every other day. When it's finished cycling, I run it for about 10 minutes to remove the sanitizing odor some people detest. I disconnect the tubing from the unit and remove the tray from the chamber every day, covering the top of the tray with a paper towel to minimize anything from the air going into the water. I clean my CPAP tubing and machine once a week. I clean all the removable silicone parts in warm soapy water, I then put them in a Hurricane CPAP Dryer for 2 hours to totally dry. I additionally use CPAP wipes to clean the chamber and hose connections.Although I was on the fence about SoClean from the very beginning (especially after reading many of the one and two star reviews), I read enough good reviews to influence my decision to purchase one. During the course of the last year, I've received positive input from my doctor, my CPAP provider and sleep study clinician, all touting the SoClean. The last thing I want to do is play around with my lungs. It's the only pair I own, so I don't take it lightly when I give my recommendation to anyone else on the fence about purchasing one, despite what the naysayers may say.

Much better smell.
There are mixed reviews online if it actually does anything, but even if it is just a placebo, I like that i have it. My mask definitely smells better when I use the SoClean. The unit itself works pretty simple, you can set a schedule, and just drop the mask in there when you get up. It will clean according to the schedule and be ready for you at night.

Buzzes
Honestly don't really know if it does anything re:cleaning, but it helps with the daily ritual and I've found that I'm more compliant since I started using this. Probably because it's a box to put my mask in so that it doesn't get covered in house dust and/or pet dander. If you use it with a F&P Icon unit, that little black tub has to be slid through the rear of the Icon and through top area of the water reservoir, which is a pain and discourages removing the reservoir often.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!
I LOVE this sanitizing machine. It is so easy to use. Just make sure if you have a newer model of CPAP machine that you buy the right one. I had to purchase a separate piece because I didn't purchase the one for Resmed 10.Well worth the money!

Worked great at first
Quick delivery. Smells clean after cycle. Used this product daily and initially it worked great. After a few months Inhad to replace the filters and did that without any issue. Cleaned my hoses again but I’m finding that over time the “fresh” scent only lasts for a minute or so after startup. Getting a stale odor after a minute startup. Cleaned all components of CP machine, fresh distilled water and still a stale smell

It actually has made my sleeps better.
I’ve been a APAP user for 15 years, albeit a lazy cleaner unfortunately. I had noticed the last 5 years or so that I was having constant sinus issues, easily stuffed up, waking up mouth breathing and drooling because of nasal problems. I decided to try the soclean machine as a step to better sleeps. I’ve been on it for 9 days now and there is no doubt in my mind it has significantly improved my sleep. I sanitize my mask, strap and hose (all permanently hooked up) every morning. Literally drop the mask in the box and press the button. That’s it. I now wash my mask maybe every 6/7 days give it a good rinse. My sinus issues although not gone by any means are significantly better than before using the machine. I would have zero problem recommending this to CPAP/APAP users. There are complaints on here about it being noisy, it’s literally about as loud cell phone ring on medium volume for about 8 minutes while it creates the ozone, then its dead silent for the duration of the cycle. I’m very happy with mine.

Works great and I can't believe the difference even in what you smell while it is running. I have had no problems or related illness since I purchased this unit. I highly recommend this unit

A Must In CPAP Maintenance!
Does a great and thorough job in cleaning my mother's CPAP machine! I run the 2 hour cycle once every 2 weeks, which seems to be sufficient.

You should read and understand the product before purchase
Warning, when I purchased this product, the replacement filter that you need to change every six months was 40 some dollars, when I just checked now, it is 81 dollars. Keep that in mind. There is a strong odour esp when first used, and every time you use it, some of which stays in the system so I have to turn on the CPAP for 30 seconds to help flush it out. I got use to the odour for the most part, but I could see some people not.It should be called a sanitizer as that is what it does, not actually clean it which I understood when I purchased it. You still should clean you mask and CPAP once every week or so, mask more often if you have oily skin. It did discolour some components, not sure if that is a big deal or not at this point. Just keep in mind the cost of the filter you need, at the current price that is 160.00 canadian per year maintenance ! Not sure why the huge jump in price, that i my biggest concern, they seem to be able to charge what they want.Update, just over a year old (out of warranty now) and I am not sure it is still working as I do not notice the distinctive smell and seemed to get frequent upper respiratory infections. I tried to contact them by email but the will not reply with an answer, just telling me to phone which is inconvenient and not a toll free number for Canada. I tried to contact them before via email but the results were the same. I am back to washing hose and mask frequently now.To me now, not worth it.
