I liked how it massaged well.

My physio said to get this tool, to release tight muscles in my forearm - the tightness a result of tennis elbow. The Knobble is easy to grip, and creates the same feel and pressure as if I was using my thumb, but at a better angle AND with less effort to the opposing hand/arm doing the work! The tool also works well when I use it on my partner's neck and shoulder blades to release tension and offer pain relief. It is a handy travel-friendly size and weight as well. A great piece of kit that I really fine useful.

I got one of those via the recommendation of a physio and I had no idea what they were. It's actually super satisfying on the forearms. Sold!Also provides fantastic innuendo based opportunities.

Really helpful

I use this to press down on trigger points in the arches of my feet. My physio told me to massage them daily for plantar fasciitis. This little tool saves my thumbs and I can use it sitting at the kitchen table.

Super quick relief. Excellent for massaging e.g., base of neck and no longer hurting my thumbs
