I would say it’s reasonable. I have bought other branded hoodies with larger holes. Hope this helps?

Washes really well, colour stay strong & stay in size & shape. Sorry I have no idea what tv or hear vinyl is.

Q: Is this brushed inside?

Just your standard sweat shirt. I gave one to my granddaughter for her birthday and it seemed OK. Only advice i can offer is that I ordered the size a year up from her age to allow for growth. It came back VERY large. she is only12ys but her mother could wear it & she is 5'9" tall and a size 14!!
