My Little Pony Rainbow Dash Face Kids Sky Blue Costume Hoodie Sweatshirt

My three year old son wanted to be Rainbow Dash for Halloween. Considering every costume out there had skirts, and I didn't have time to make something, we just went with this. It's made very well and he'll be able to wear it for at least a year. It'll certainly last until he outgrows it. The wings are soft, so they were comfortable and he can wear it in a car seat. The mane and tail are adorable... I think they're felt. Either way, nice, thick strips which are firmly attached. The ears are cute too, though they have the tendency to flop over. Not a big deal, because the ensemble is comfy and adorable. My son literally shrieked and did a happy dance when he first saw it and he gallops around when he wears it. Despite the fact that some might call it "girly" it's been received well by the general public, even on a boy. Most people remark about how cute the jacket is or how happy he looks.

This was purchased to replace a not as cool one that totally got stolen at my daughter's school. I know someone took it. Whatever, this one is cooler. WAY cooler than the kmart version. The wings and ears are a little odd the way they are attached. You can feel velcro INSIDE the hood material, possibly there for stability... kinda weird as it is only 2 strips of velcro, one under each ear.... it probably would have made more sense to have a single long band of velcro spanning from the bottom of one side of the hood to the bottom of the other side. The wings are a little flimsy as well. Possibly would have been better overall if they just had a "Y" pattern of inside stabilizing material, velcro would be fine, from the front of the hood meeting each ear, and then joining where the hood meets the collar, and then a single strip down to the wings, possibly on down to the tail. Really minor problem though. There are some reviews here that said this was too big or too small. I said "fit as expected" because parents should know by now, the "size" numbers mean NOTHING. We got 6x and it's really about that. It's definitely not a 4-6 and definitely not a 7-8. Very happy with it and daughter loves it. Don't remember how much I paid but it would be worth it I'd say up to maybe 50?

Owned for about 6 months. This jacket has held up well.The first few washes I turned this inside out and washed seperatly on gentle. The tail and mane never tangled enough to where I wouldn't just pull it apart in a matter of seconds. The graphic has not torn or melted in the dryer (on medium heat).Then the hubby helped with the laundry and to my surprise the jacket came out just fine, slightly more tangled, still easy to fix.I still wash this inside out, but with the regular clothes. Works great. Very happy with this purchase though the price is a little bit high for a thinner jacket at ~37$. I knew my kid would love it and that Smile made it worth it!

Purchased this for my daughter and she loves it, also draws lots of compliments from others. It is better quality than I expected. I was worried the felt-like material of the mane and tail and the wings would get messed up but it has held up well through lots of outdoor play and is still bright after multiple washes. My only word of caution is that I think it runs a bit small (as do most Fine/Mighty Fine tops). Highly recommend for any My Little Pony fan!

My daughter loves this so much. She wanted to sleep in it. It's pretty decent quality, which should be expected for the high price. She is 6 (she'll be 7 in April) and she is tall but very slender (she can still wear 4T). I ordered her the 6X and it fits very well. The sleeves seem shorter than the waist in proportion. The waist is long and that's okay. I think she will be able to wear this quite awhile. We get compliments on it all the time.

We bought this for my six year old daughter's Halloween costume. She really loved it, and it did the job. My only complaint is that the hood doesn't say up well. We had to have her wear a stocking hat underneath to pin the hood in place. I feel she would wear it more often, after the fact, if the hood was larger. The sweatshirt is also a little tricky to wash, the mane and tail clump up a bit. Must wash inside out.

Bought this for my 6yo daughter. She looooooves it. It has pony hair, wings, tail, and the cutie mark. She loves wearing it to school and showing it off. Quality of fabric is nice. Comes slightly larger in size - but fine for me so she can wear it for a couple of years --- I just fold up the sleeves. I will probably wash in gentle cycle to avoid ruining the wings, and hang dry to not shrink.

fits true to size, and seems to be good quality and is exactly as pictured, arrived ahead of schedule and the kiddo loves it. overall 10/10 great buy!
