These decals can also be used for craft hobbies and other applications. 1.Paint your nails with 1-2 coats of a nail colour or basecoat (lighter is better with decals) 2.Cut out each decal from the sheet 3. Place decal in warm water for 10-20 second 4. The nail wrap will slide off the backing paper easily. (If not place back in the water for a few seconds) Slide the design off the backing directly onto your nail. 5. Dab dry with tissue if need. 6.
