part was new and aside from a hot knife to remove a little pastic to set nut for screw to fasten it works great. important to know because direct replacement part is no longer available anywhere.

Perfect fits and working very well
Thank you for very good quality part,I've been using the HLP21N washing machine for 9 years. I only did the baby's laundry, but the Valve Inlet broke down because I used it often at home because of coronavirus (Never use public laundry). I replaced it on the day the parts arrived and now I'm using it as well as a new one. It's like a genuine product. Thank you.
