Not as advertised. 11 ounce capacity
11 ounces to brim, thus only 9.5 or 10 ounce usable capacity. Very frustrating.

Best Mugs I've found
Nicely made. good size, 12oz with room left for cream. Impressed with packaging. Each mug rapped in multiple layers of bubble rap for shipping. Cleans up good in dish washer

Each mug was individually wrapped when they arrived
I wanted a good mug that can stand up to hot liquids very well made I actually bought these mugs to etch designs on they work very well for that too
