Is this control board (topens ekpkmj1b pcb) is the new style with direct connect of the magnetic lock

Welcome to TOPENS. No, currently our TOPENS Gate Opener Kit's control board can not be directly connected with magnetic lock.

There are several conditions for connecting a magnetic lock to TOPENS swing gate opener kit : 
1. You need to use DPS180-U power supply or UPS01 power supply to power the system, don't use solar and batteries.
2. Make sure you use a 24V magnetic lock.
3. You also need to purchase a 24V relay, with NO, NC contacts and contact capacity greater than 3A.

Do you have a circuit board schematic available?  My unit will not power on but have good 24vdc at the battery.  The logic rail is not getting power.

Welcome to TOPENS! If you use the solar panel to charge the batteries, please also make sure the output voltage of the solar controller is above 22VDC. If the POWER LED on control board is OFF, please check if the fuse has burnt, and replace it if necessary(a backup fuse is packed within the user manual pack).
