UPDATE 3-22-2021..........:I'm back again with an update. If you're doubtful about buying this, buy it. The first one I had bought was an XL size and it fit me at the time I bought it. I was between 205-206 lbs, my weight mostly focused around my belly and lower abdomen. It's been a couple weeks now since then, possibly January (can't remember when this was) and I am now reviewing for a size S/Med! It fits a little tight, but obviously it's NEW, but nothing I can't handle. I've gone down about 1-1.5 inches on my breast, stomach and hip areas this month alone and my L/XL size fits very loosely now. I think it has really helped with Weightloss as I've gone down from 205 to my current Weight of 186 lbs! I do try to work out at least 4-5x a week and 1-2 days of those days includes weights, and I do try to eat healthy. I still think this is worth it!! Just buy it! I recommend the RtopR mango slimming cream because it does help with sweating as well....................Old review/first review:O. M. G. I was very skeptical about buying this for working out, but I am so glad I did! I only wore it for thr remaining 15 mins of my work out, but when I took it off, let me tell you: I WAS DRIPPING. My back was soaked, my stomach. Once you put this on, it like suctions to your body. It doesn't wiggle around. It fits a little tighter than I'd want it, but I'm aiming to lose weight, so its fine for me. Im 205 lbs, 5'1 with a longer torso. Wear L/XL tops, so I bought an L/XL. I would recommend! I also bought the pants, though they did fit a little tighter than I'd like them to be (XL ,I wear 14-16 dresses/skirts).

A staple for all of my workouts. I ordered an XL at 249 lbs, 5’7”, 46DDD chest, and it’s a bit snug.However, it does what it needs to!I don’t feel comfortable sharing my stomach online to show the sweat… so I will show the other parts of my body that are affected due to the tank being worn under clothes.It is not flattering really, as it flattens down my chest and makes me look brick-like, but I’m not wearing it to look sexy, I am wearing it to sweat.Great quality after a month of consistent use (3-5 times a week), easy to wash, and I just love it. It’s part of my workout routine lol.

I need help to get it off it's so tight. After an hour walk, i don't sweat as much as I thought I would. Maybe because it's super tight?
