I have purchased Nutracost ALA many times in the past from US sources directly. Nutracost products are very cost-effective since they sell larger packs. This is the first time I bought from India and the product seems to be the same as he US product. The cost of the product in India seems to be 2.5 times that in the US though.

I have poly neuropathy of lower limbs. I take three capsules of this with two capsules of acetyl L carnitine 500 mg and one capsule of benfotiamine 150mg. It really helps with pain in my legs n feet. I can go without my meds but not without these. Otherwise i cannot sleep. Its a wonderful product.

I have been taking this product since the end of March. At first I did not think they were going to work but I gradually started to notice a difference. I do not wake up anymore at night with fiery pain in my toes just from the sheets on the bed rubbing my feet. I do not have the tingling and streaking pain that used to go up my legs either. It took a good 3 weeks when I began to notice a difference. At 6 weeks there was a big noticeable difference in how I felt. I have now been taking them for two and a half months and my feet and legs feel so much better. I still have some numbing in my toes but nothing like previously. The numbing may never go completely away but the way they feel now is doable. My goal when I bought these was to try one bottle and if I didn't feel any difference I wasn't going to purchase another. I am very happy with the difference and how much better I feel. I don't have the numbing, burning, or pain nothing like before and because of that I am sleeping better at night. I don't have to take anything like gabapentin that always made me drowsy and gave me medicine head during the day. I will be putting these on my subscribe and save to receive them on a regular basis. You get 4 months worth out of a bottle so they're very much worth the cost to have relief.
