Disappointed
I wanted this to use in the car. We hate local stations, and XM is too expensive, plus mot much we like. First couple times worked great. Now I cannot get it to work at all!!

good
This player does have a few hiccups but overall, good for the money. The main issues are with volume just going down for no reason, and stops playing sometimes. You have to hold the power button down for 30 seconds. Then she works.

Easy to use!
I had an old MP3 that died, I was dreading downloading my music and learning how to operate a new one. This is so easy and works great, I fall to sleep to white noise, it goes all night and the charge lasts at least a week.

Lightweight & Versatile
This isn't a fancy or high quality MP3 player, but it's good for the price and offers versatile features. It's simple, extremely lightweight, small, and durable (or at least it feels that way...I haven't had it very long yet). I find it useful to take on walks or jogs, and I think it would also make a nice gift for a kid.DESIGN: This player is very small and feather-light, which makes it great for travel or jogging. It weighs almost nothing. The one I got is a metallic pink color. It has a small screen, which can also be used for watching videos or reading ebooks (I haven't tried the ebook feature, since I think it would hurt my eyes to read on something so small). The player comes with a pair of ear buds, which have decent sound quality (no deep bass or anything) but don't fit my smallish ears well; the buds are all hard plastic and are on the large side, so they hurt my ears a bit. You can easily use another pair of headphones, earbuds, though.FEATURES: As mentioned, one of the nice things about this device is its versatility. It can be used to listen to music, read books, watch videos, listen to the radio, and make audio recordings. You can shuffle your music library or create playlists. I find the radio decent; when I'm out on walks, it picks up my favorite local stations well, including the New York stations that are about 30 miles away, although I get static and fade once in awhile.STORAGE & BATTERY: The 8GB storage has been plenty enough to store my music library; you also have the option of upgrading to 64GB with an SD card. I've found the battery long-lasting.EASE OF USE: Overall, this device is straightforward and intuitive to use. Putting my music on the device was as simple as dragging and dropping, and the process didn't take long. The one major nuisance is that it goes into sleep mode constantly and immediately, so if you want to skip songs, switch functions, or anything else, you have to press and hold the power button, and it takes an annoyingly long time to reawaken. I suppose this helps save the battery, but it is irritating. The buttons are also a bit wonky and sometimes need to be pressed multiple times. All in all, this device is no replacement for an iPod (other than the versatility of features), but it's affordable and highly portable, making it good for travel and running.

Lightweight MP3 Player with FM radio and SD card slot
This little MP3 player is a blast from the electronic past.PROS1) It comes with an instruction booklet.2) It's lightweight and perfect for taking on walks or jogs.3) It supports JPEG/BMP photo formats and AMV /converted video.4) Clear display with easy-to-read menus.5) It's easy to set date, time and language.6) It has an alarm function.7) Easy to connect to your PC.8) Expandable up to 64G with SD card.9) Makes clear voice recordings.8) Comes with USB/charging cable, headphones and a strap.9) Has clear sound.10) It has an FM tuner that uses the headphones as an antenna. And one can record from the radio.11) It has an ebook function.CONS1) I couldn't get it to read my SD card that my phone, Kindle and PC read flawlessly.2) The display shuts down after a few seconds and it must be "awakened" with the teensy power button. I mean, I looked away to read a sentence in the manual and it shut down.3) I couldn't get the ebook function to work.In short, it's a lightweight MP3 player with an FM radio, voice recorder and alarm function for when you don't want to risk your iPod or smart phone. I gave it three stars in spite of the Cons, because it *is* a solid little MP3 player.

Tiny little thing
I can't believe how intuitive this device is. I was prepared to read through pages of incomprehensible instructions. Nope. I just plugged in the USB, copied some music files from my file manager onto it, plugged in the headphones, and started listening to music. I set the calendar, the time, scanned for radio stations, recorded a voice file and listened to it, all of this without reading the manual. The only thing that threw me is after music has played for a bit, the screen goes dark and the buttons no longer work. You have to give a short press to the power button to wake it back up. You can also easily lock the controls so they don't accidentally get pressed and then easily unlock them. This recorder weighs practically nothing. You can read ebooks, watch videos, look at pictures, listen to the radio, set a timer, look at a calendar, and use it as a stopwatch! Dang! Love it.
