Bakuchiol Better than Retinol? Anti Aging Anti Wrinkle Cream Serum with Hyaluronic Acid Unmatched G3L Delivery System LARGE 2 fl oz/59.4 ml (2 fl oz)

I've been using this product for a couple of weeks. I chose it because it has bakuchiol in it, and it seemed a better choice for my sensitive skin. I have rosacea and wanted to try retinol for its anti-inflammatory effects but my skin doesn't tolerate retinol well. Plus, I'm sensitive to most sunscreens and I'm not motivated to use the mineral kind.I applied this one time in the morning and I'm pretty sure it gave me freckles, and I don't usually get freckles. This is a nighttime-only thing unless that's what you're after. However, the rest of the time I've put it on at night. It hasn't done anything much for the redness either way over the last couple of weeks, but the bumps that go with the rosacea have receded and my skin feels smooth now.This seems to be a quality creamy serum that is gentle on my sensitive skin for a reasonable price. It's worth trying.

Bakuchiol is number 13 in the list of ingredients which is disappointing. The label proclaims BAKUCHIOL Plant Based Natural Retinol Alternative. It does appear to have a similar effect on my skin to a retinol creme. I do love the smell! Was complimented on my scent today. As a 71 year old gardener, that rarely happens! In the future I’ll check the ingredients listings more carefully.

Loooooving this product -- I've never liked retinol and was excited to read about bakuchiol as a natural alternative. Did some research, found this product, liked the price (!), and pulled the trigger. I SWEAR my skin tone was more even after one use. It's fading acne scars and smoothing lines, erasing sun damage. Highest recommendation!

I wanted to use this for at least two weeks before leaving my review. I really like this serum a lot. It’s not greasy and no irritation like retinol. I use this at night before my peptide serum and moisturizer. My skin is really soft and the blotchy areas are becoming even toned. So far I’ve had two friends order this Beyond Retinol. Thanks for making this affordable and effective serum.

This serum works for my skin. It absorbs quickly, does not irritate and shows results. The first two weeks of usage the product brought some unwanted things to the surface, but the end result has smoothed out my skin just as I was hoping. The customer service is fast and attentive. I bought this as an alternative to retinol, which can be quite irritating on the skin. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks. I am hoping it will help with fine lines and wrinkles. It is too early to see any noticeable difference. I like the way the cream sinks into the skin and leaves no tackiness afterwards. I am using it every night after cleansing, on my face, neck and the backs of my hands. I have dry skin and I have been using my usual face cream over the serum, as I do with retinol. I am liking it so far and will continue with it. I apply sunscreen in the day to maintain the benefits from the bakuchiol. The price point is very good.

I've only been using this for a few weeks so far, but my skin is noticeably brighter / looking better. I can't put my finger on exactly WHAT or WHY but it's doing something good. I have had lots of issues with retinol products in the past and initially started off using this every other day for a week, but found that it doesn't cause me any problems, so I've been using it daily. I apply it at night 30-60 minutes after I've taken off my make up and washed my face. I like the texture and it has no smell... great product!
