BodyMoves 2 Finger Splints Plus 2 Sleeves (4 pc Set, Midnight Black with Desert Sand Sleeve)

It was in reading the reviews that swayed me to buy the combo (2 splints & 10 finger sleeves), so it seemed only fitting to pay that helpfulness forward by posting this review.My thumb has been clicking & locking into place when I extend it. Recently, that motion began to cause me some pain. My doctor advised me to rest it for a few MONTHS & recommended that I come into his office to pick up a split. Needless to say, the splint was gigantic & very uncomfortable. It was restrictive in ways that limited my ability to move parts of my hand that didn't require immobilization. The splint was causing a bigger issue while remedying the thumb issue. I already knew that I would likely not wear the splint for longer than a few days, so I looked on Amazon for other options.I tried two other types/brands from other sellers before I found this splint. I had no idea that finding a good thumb splint would be so difficult. I was relieved to find this seller & the combo pack. The splint is small enough so that it's not cumbersome, but strong enough to keep my thumb from bending/moving in ways that aggravate the tendon. It remains securely in place when it is fastened. At the same time, it is easy to remove when I am doing the dishes or washing my hands. The finger sleeves are also tremendously helpful. They're thicker than they appear in the photos (which is great). The elastic in them allows for a moderate degree of bending. From the time I put the sleeve on (most of yesterday & through the night), I haven't felt the painful popping sound that my thumb makes. Last night, I slept with a finger sleeve on my thumb & it was so comfortable that I forgot that I still had it on. I have a tendency of removing splints in the middle of the night. But not this time. Yay! I am really pleased with this purchase. Thank you, fellow reviewers, for taking the time to post your experiences with this product. You rock!

First and foremost, be advised, you will receive ONE (in this case yellow) finger splint. The 2nd item advertised in this set is a small, flexible, useless knuckle sleeve. I don’t know what purpose it’s supposed to serve, other than to create the illusion that you’ll be receiving 2 splints. That said, the ONE splint we recv’d is great. Unfortunately my husband has 2 trigger fingers, so I’ll be ordering another splint + 1 useless knuckle embellishment. My husband has HUGE hands, and we’ve wasted plenty of money on countless splints only to be left with a useless splint that isn’t big enough to stabilize his massive digits. Enter this perfect splint. Not only is the splint available in his favorite color, but the splint FITS. After trigger finger surgery on 2 fingers, his healing is slow and a splint on each of the 2 fingers repaired is needed. Outstanding splint. I just wish the weird “bonus” 2nd item was excluded so I could’ve ordered exactly the number of splints we needed the first time around.

I purchased the set with two splints and two sleeves. Which is good, because my cats think they're super fun to play with and hide. I use on the middle finger of my dominate hand. My finger will lock up if bent too far and I have to use my other hand to straighten it back out. I find the splint good when I'm doing heavy lifting, at night, or whenever the trigger finger is really acting up. I like the sleeve for day use, doing light household tasks, working on my artwork, or whenever I need a reminder not to bend that finger. I'll by more if the cats have their way.

I like the product but it doesn't look nor feel any different from others that I tried before. The reason why I got this instead of others is because the title makes it look like you are getting 2 of them, which is not the case, as you are only getting 1 splint + 1 sleeve (that I do not need nor want). I don't think I will buy it again.

These little things are perfect! I got the tan and no one really even notices it’s there! The metal support is removable so it gives support but still allows your finger to move a bit. However, if you want the metal support it’s easy to put back and is bendable. The little sleeve gives light support too & I was able to put that one while I kept ice on my finger to separate my skin from the ice but still have support. I do construction and cleaning and have been using these for 2 weeks so far and it still looks good! I wear to bed also to give support, the only thing is I wear it upside down so the square part is supporting the edge of my finger instead of resting at the base. I needed more support at the top of my finger. Very nice that you can wear multiple ways depending on your needs. Will definitely buy again.

If I kept them tight enough to not fall off my right hand bad driver indicator finger I needed them for got numb and was all pins and needleish. Just the tiniest loosening of the strap closest to my hand caused them to disappear into my work somewhere. I am going to buy another set and have my sainted wife sew a strap that I can attach around my wrist with Velcro. It did what my homemade splints did. I also took a $1 cotton glove and cut off the fingers of it that don’t ache to distraction and put Gorilla tape around the splint finger. It just is unsightly in public.

Got a fairly serious trigger finger problem both hands, middle finger. Sometimes I would wake up in the morning with the fingers bent over and locked. Took some time to get them painfully moving again. Wore both splints to bed. One on each hand. In the morning the fingers were straight and useable. After a shower the fingers worked normally. Wear them every night now. Very easy to put on and take off and no problems having them on all night.Well made and comfortable.Sometimes I put the sleeves on during the day if the fingers start to get stuck. Very easy to use and comfortable. Because of the color of the sleeve they are not really noticeable. Handy to keep in a pocket.

These splints are great. They are comfortable and it is nice that they don't involve your entire hand. I am a screen printer and I am able to work with these braces on if I need to slip one off all I need to do is put my hand in my pocket and I can get the splint off, do what I need to do and put my hand back in my pocket and slip the splint right back on.

Bought the 2 splints with 10 nylon sleeves. I couldn't use the nylon sleeves which were too tight on my average sized woman's hand. Tried them on my painful ring finger - circumference 7.5 cm at base of finger, 6.0 cm in middle. Got some relief but the top third of the finger quickly became purple from lack of circulation. Took the sleeve off and the finger beneath it was pale and indented from pressure. I washed the sleeves and even stretched them over objects wider than my finger to no avail. The splints are very good and eased the pain but its impossible to do any tasks with them on.

Started getting some arthritis in my index finger. This brace is definitely helping. I wear it when I sleep so I don't bang it around and bend it.The sleeve does seem to provide some comfort but it seems to keep it warm rather than compressed.I have small hands and the aqua blue brace fits my index finger comfortably.

I have trigger finger in my two middle fingers, and am hoping to avoid surgery. I sleep with these at night, and they keep me from curling my fingers and making the problem worse. But are very comfortable -- I forget that they are there. The extra sleeves keep your fingers nice and warm with a bit of compression, which is also good for arthritis.

The splint is well made but a bit long for my finger. Also the plastic seams were sharp but i was able to trim edges. The sleeve is nice and found it more comfortable after reversing it so the seam is on the outside.

After sleeping with this on, my finger felt really good the day after. I noticed it wasn’t bending and sticking as much as it had the day/days before. I’m excited to see the progress after a few more nights.
