I was delighted when I saw how cute this charm was in person. But within minutes of adding it to my bracelet, the cage opened and no matter how I try to align the clasp part, it won't stay closed. When flopping open, the chain and bird catch on things.

I ordered this cute parrot charm on March 4th. I was initially impressed by what I thought was quality. I am gentle with my charm bracelets especially ones with dangle charms, however, when I went to put the one on with the parrot charm on it, I immediately noticed the parrot was missing and the only part left was the circular portion that you slide onto the bracelet with a broken ring part ( we”ll call it the “O” ring for all intent and purposes) that held the charm on. I have not dropped, banged or caught my charm on anything to pull it so how or why did the “O ring” break causing the charm to fall off?...hm

I love the detail of this charm. It's the size of a woman's thumb nail, so it's small. It does catch on sleeves so I don't recommend it with long sleeve sweaters.

Very pretty and in a pretty soft bag. This purchase was a gift for my mom and she love it! It fits her Pandora perfect and the size of the flamingo is just right. Happy with this purchased.

I loved the kiwi bird charm that was representative of New Zealand. It was smaller that I thought it would be but it was beautifully crafted and fit the Pandora bracelet perfectly.

I turned this charm into an earring to match a shirt I have, and It works perfectly.
