Delicious, fresh alternative to dry bean snacks!
I tried these out because, as someone who is already thirsty all the time, I am not a huge fan of how dry and mealy all the many chickpea snacks on the market are. I’ve tried them all but what I really crave is something fresh. I am always looking for a little protein punch to help me build muscle after my workouts and these really fit the bill! The texture is similar to edamame but with a tender husk that you can eat or not. I eat it because I figure it’s just extra fiber and we can all use some of that!I bought the balsamic and oregano flavor and it is tasty, but I have been eating them on their own and the vinegar is a little strong for me. Unless you really love vinegar, you might want to rinse your beans before eating them to wash a little bit of it off. I’m going to try the sea salt flavor next and see if the vinegar is a little less strong. So happy I found a fresh, savory protein snack that is not meat based!!

My new favorite snack!
Lupini beans are such an incredible source of protein that's low in carbs and fat. But they are so hard to make and most brands taste like straight salt from sitting in jars of brine. This is the ONLY BRAND I've found that has mastered this superfood!!! They taste sooo GOOD!! These actually taste like balsamic! NOT salt! They come in a convenient ziplock bag that I can bring to work and back. I eat these as a snack with veggies or top my salad with them as my source of protein. I love having these in my diet tool belt!!! I hope they come out with more flavors like this that aren't spicy!

Not my style but you may love them!
Whatever these things are I gave them away -they’re just not my style! The texture is it me there’s like soft and slimy but whatever each to his own.

possible unwanted side-effects
The taste was okay. But the beans gave me painful gas. If you are susceptible, beware. I ate them at first straight out of the bag. Then I tried microwaving them in a little water. Then I tried microwaving them, peeling off the outer skin and just eating the inside of the beans. That's when I gave up. No matter what I did to them, they still gave me painful gas. I normally eat chick peas (garbanzos), black beans, or pinto beans which do not give me gas. Lentils do, but it's not the painful kind of gas. I hope this helps you make a decision because you cannot return them.

Good Flavor, Great Clean Keto Snack
I have tried almost all of the Brami Lupini bean varieties and so far these have the most actual flavor. That said, even though the balsamic vinegar is not particularly overwhelming, the oregano is somewhat lost against it.I like these quite a bit as a keto snack or meal additive. These are simple, clean, quite "toothsome" and filling. It's easy to grab a (larger) pack and eat these on the go while maintaining my diet. Most of the Brami Lupini bean are not highly seasoned and will not be a "flavor bomb" but they are exactly what I want in a prepackaged keto food, clean and filling with very few carbs and fairly low calorie for the food value.I will bring these along for the rest of my keto journey and quite likely beyond that if/when I transition to low-carb.

Balsamic isn’t the best
I love love love Brami beans, this is just a review of the balsamic. I think it’s sub par. It’s kind of intense with the balsamic. All other flavors are more versatile and subtle. Balsamic is not terrible but not great, they sat around for a while where as the other flavors I eat every day.

Healthy But Gross
Usually someone in the house (a house with six kids) will like ANYTHING we buy in terms of groceries. Not a single one could stand these. They taste just terrible. I can stand kumbacha and actually enjoy it but these, these were on an entirely new level of disgusting. I literally couldn't force myself to eat more than a couple of them. Maybe the other flavors taste better. This flavor, however, couldn't find a single fan amount a houseful (six kids and two adults) of healthy eaters.

Perfect healthy snack
I enjoy Brami Lupini Beans EVERY DAY. Sometimes as part of my lunch, but more often as an afternoon snack. The beans are fresh, crisp, and flavorful. The flavors are subtle, not artificial, and your fingers aren’t messy after eating the beans. My favorites are Chili Lime and Garlic Rosemary.
