I’ve been wanting a stained glass turtle lamp for awhile, & when I saw this lamp on sale, I ordered it. It’s really pretty! It’s well-made, the colors on the shell are very nice, & the turtle has a cute face. It looks nice both turned on & off. It doesn’t make enough light to light an entire room, but it looks nice as an accent piece on my end table. It would also make a nice night light. The bulb was not included, but Lowe’s had it in stock. The lamp was protected with mineral oil, which came off easily with a damp cloth. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was the styrofoam packaging was “shedding” little styrofoam balls that made a big mess. My boyfriend really liked the lamp also, so I bought one for him & for my brother as Father’s Day gifts.

We got this as a hall light. It's bright enough to light the hall so my kids can see at night and subtle enough it doesn't bother them if their door is open. The colors are pretty and it is a sturdy little lamp.

I love the colors in this. It lights up my shelf. I didn't have the issues some of the other reviewers had, but I did find it a little tricky attaching the shell. It would have been easier if I had three hands, but I soon did it with only two.

Perfect accent for a corner between living and dining room.

This item arrived broken. I found out too late because I ordered early as a gift. Very disappointing.

disappointed that a lamp like this didn't come with a bulb. so now have to go to a store and hopefully buy the right bulb. so really don't yet know how it looks with a bulb in it. craftsmanship looks great.

The turtle is supposed to be blue with a bronze body. I have already owned one for about a year. It is "blue" but truly consists of the cool color palette with blue, green, and purple in a nice mix. It is beautiful and absolutely darling. It looks so nice both lit and unlit. I decorate strictly with items that are either functional or represent someone dear. Not a huge turtle fan myself but my sister loves turtles and is why I purchased one in the first place to represent her in my home. This lamp is the first turtle item I just had to have! Now I recently ordered one as a gift for her. What arrived this week was no where near as close to the description as mine though. Unless pink or red is the new blue, I would call the shell "rainbow" as it had striped pieces of glass of every color. And the turtle's body was brass, so definitely not bronze. I do understand that Tiffany glass is going to have variations but the body was specifically supposed to be bronze. That turtle is still lovely but I specifically need the cool blue color palette and bronze for my sister's house so I am going to reorder. The rainbow one is a beautiful piece too regardless,just know that they do vary.

This is a beautiful little accent lamp or night light in a child’s bedroom! Very well made and the colors in it are so pretty!!! Love it
