Received the wrong item twice.
I ordered this flask, but received a different one. It's beautiful, but not what I ordered. I requested a replacement and received a completely different piece, not a flask, pretty, but I have no idea what it is. I tried to request a replacement, but only had the option to return. I am returning and have ordered again. Here's hoping the right flask arrives.Update. After 4 attempts, I did receive the correct item. It is beautiful. Leaving at 4 stars because of the extreme difficulty in receiving the correct item.
