Could definitely use healthier alternatives of sugar
Very good panetone, though the different types of sugar could have easier replaced by erythrol, stevia, monk fruit or coconut sugar. Or other healthier alternatives for sugar, other than regular sugar. Also, the 30+ grams of sugar per slice is a bit too much.The fact that is made with butter and eggs it's a plus.

Figuraccia a Natale.
Il panettone sembra stanco, elastico e al taglio la fetta si affloscia.Nella masticazione rimane pastoso, appiccica ai denti, alla lingua, al palato.La frutta è ben poca, troppo sminuzzata, forse frullata.Il gusto, oltre ai troppi aromi, alla fine ti lascia un retrogusto di cartone.Magari il prodotto era stato fatto molto tempo prima.
