FOLAI Self Adhesive Hooks Plastic Sticky End Hook for Net Curtain Rods, White,10 packs

I put the hooks up yesterday and hung voile curtain on a thin, adjustable curtain rod on my PVC window. It is still up 24 hrs later.To install... I cleaned the PVC surfaces with few drops of nail varnish remover on a small cotton pad (used for makeup removal). Marked in pencil where to place the hooks. Making sure had it in the right place, peeled the backing off and held the unit by the bottom and pressed it onto the window frame.I actually just needed two hooks however didn't like the reviews of the cheaper units and didn't have time to redo so went for this one and seems ok so far.Thank you to the supplier for a decent product.

Great concept, shame about the lack of adhesion. Followed instructions precisely-even used isopropyl alcohol to clean the surface that they were to be stuck to (we’re used to command strips!). Not great to hear 6/8 that were used falling down in the middle of the night. Makes them useless. I’ve had to gorila glue the plastic back to the stickers left on the window-will see if that works but until then they don’t hold anything up, much less anything lighter than the 225g each hook is supposed to support!

So these are on the whole good. But, you do need to stick them in position and not use them for at least 24 hours. This allows them to cure and give good adhesion. Indeed after 24 hours and realising I had put one up not quite level it was a sod to get off :)

The product said to attach and leave for 24 hours. I left the instilled hooks for actually 3 days. I put up net wire and net curtains with a little slack on the wire. They stayed up for less than 20 minutes and fell down. I tried to re-fit but no joy. Ended up using a small drop of gorilla glue to make them stick. Something i didn't want to do.

I purchased these hooks to hold lightweight net curtains. The hooks stick to the window frame, but the adhesive pad came away from the hook, leaving the curtains on the floor. I have used similar hooks successfully in the past, but not sure where I purchased the from.Using prit pads instead of supplied pads works very we!l.

Look good, perhaps I got bad batch. Reviews were great so I purchased. Put on, left 24 hrs, didn't last 2 hrs! It was not the peel off and press side, it was the top part ! Net curtains, no weight and the middle one was only being used to keep a straight line, so no pulling!Very disappointed 🙁

The adhesion is very poor used 8 and all fell of within days never to be stuck on again the glue was useless used for holding lace net at windows in campervan couldn’t even do that

They are useless on large net curtains. They keep unsticking and falling down. Only ones have stayed up are the 24" cafe nets.
