This slicer is awesome!! Quality construction, ease of operation and clean up is a breeze. Mach better than My old slicer (all plastic ). This one also come with 3 blade . This is leaps and bounds better. If you are looking for quality and a fair price look no futher.

We received this slicer and tried it out right away. We sliced soft salami for approx 3 minutes then the slicer started to smoke and the gears stopped turning. We literally had it less than 5 minutes when we needed to pack it back up and return it. I would only buy a commercial slicer at this point. The plastic piece that you grip the product that you are slicing is very flimsy also.

Cutting cheese and it slow down and nylon gear stripped out and the machine is dead after that do not see how you could cut anything with it. Yes I cut a few slices of salami with it and it work then the cheese and it stop.

This seemed to be a sturdy meat slicer, made of metal. Slicing a 3lb. eye round roast beef, less than 1/3 thru the roast, motor on slicer stopped working. Meat had no bone, no major nerves. No meat stuck under blade. Slicer was not run more than 8 minutes, did not over load motor. Very disappointed. Returning for refund.

Motor slow, noisy, not powerful. Blade wobbles. Doesn't seem like it will hold up.

This broke the 3rd time we used it

Bought this to slice beef for Christmas dinner and halfway through and the blade stopped cutting and the motor was still going. Sounded like a gear issue. Had to finish with an electric knife...not the same!
