These are the 2S black trays that are really hard to find these days. Yes, these have the .50 inch high lip - they will fit inside a vacuum bag...and that's how we use them.We've purchased 2 cases of 500 trays thus far and have forgotten about our grocery supplier because they left us high and dry since last summer!Excellent trays at a great price.
