**Q: Is this waterproof?? Will it leak through the material if water is spilled inside?**
A: I bought this bag recently May 2019. I tested it and it is NOT waterproof. The water leaks through the crevices from the bottom inside corners of the bag

A: No solid base, just the insulated plastic and fabric. Relatively supportive though!

**Q: How well is this bag insulated? How well does it keep contents cold/hot/fresh? Is it leak-proof?**
A: Yes! Insulated nicely, keeps my food cold with an icepack.

**Q: Is the bottom/base solid and/or supportive? Or does it droop when you add heavy items? thank you!**
A: I find the bag to be solid and the bottom taut. In my experience, it does not droop with heavier items.
