This mop works perfectly as advertised! It spin rinse clean in the lower bucket and spin dry in the upper bucket. We have a puppy who always leaks a little when he get excited, and this mop saved me a lot time and labor without getting my hands wet and dirty. I had a similar mop which has a pedal for spin dry, but I had to be very careful with the pedal since it could spin too fast that the dirty water gets everywhere. But you can tell this mop is well designed and all water stay inside. AND the coolest feature is the drain faucet, I don't need to lift it and pour the dirty water out in the toilet or backyard while worrying about the spill, just hook on a hose and open the valve.Besides, what impressed me the most is the sense of high-quality, the steel handle and drain bucket, the finish of the surface, plus the fashion slick design. I'd give a five star to this product with no doubt.

I watched the YouTube where 5 or 6 similar products were purchased and evaluated by a consumer. She gave her input on each one. I am happy with my choice of Topmop. Finding an easy to use floor mop was a chore and before this I had gone through several, including the Hoover Floormate which was awful. The Topmop is easy to use, very durable and user friendly. My floors have never looked better. The spinner dries the mop however much you want. Never puddles of water on the floor or other messes. As I am getting older (darn) and my wrists and hands don't work as they once did, I cannot hand wring out a mop. With Topmop your hands never touch the water. The price is right, durable, user friendly and actually works. I would recommend this product.

I only write reviews if I feel my comment will help someone in selecting a product, just as other reviews has helped me. The one star is for the size of the mop bucket. This product is just a large double-sided mop bucket. The spinner does not work well. When I use the mop the plastic parts scrapes the floor while I'm mopping. The spinner does not reduce enough water from the mop so the floor is too wet and does not leave a clean surface. I thought I could save a few dollars and not purchase the Hurricane mop system, but I should have invested the bucks to get what I really was looking to buy. I'm not going to return this product because it is too much of a hassle so I'll give it to someone that might want it and buy what I was really looking for which is a mopping system that can properly remove excessive water and you don't have to use your hands.

Although this product take some getting used to, I think it works well. Not sure what manufacturers are thinking when they make mops these days as they are always too short. Even with the extension if I were tall person it would be too short. I am 5'6" and the extension makes it a normal working size for me. The bucket is cumbersome because you can I just put it in the sink to fill it up due to its shape. The trick is remembering to change the angle of the mop when you're mopping and then again to put it in the bucket to spin. This requires using your foot. I do think it gives you better control of the amount of water in the mop. This is especially helpful for hardwood floors.

I love the bucket, spinning mechanism & the handle. It also easily cleans the floors so much so that I don't hate mopping any longer. What I do not like at all is the mop head. It falls apart while using it. I lost a lot of strands that I then have to pick up off the floor and I worry that I will have to buy new Moorhead's after a couple of uses which would be very expensive. I also found the mop not gliding very well and scraping the floor. I have to frequently adjust the mophead in the cleaning mechanism. I did not receive an instruction booklet with the product.Sooo, I am wondering if another replacement mophead such as mopnado would fit and maybe that would make this a fantastic product for the price

Best mop ever, super good quality. I have years with it and still good, nothing broken. I wish they have replacements because I will need one soon.

I was super excited about this purchase but was a little disappointed after my first use. The assembly is easy, and the product itself is visually pleasing, however there are some obvious flaws.1. The spinner bucket is not deep enough to allow a ful release of excess water.2. The mop has to be manually spun which for me is fine but anyone with any sort of hinderous in their ability to manually spin the mop fast enough to actually get the water out will be greatly disappointed with this mops performance. There should be a button or lever of some kind that can be stepped on that makes the mop spin. The way it is there is still a lot of excess water left in the mop which would make it unsuitable for use with any sort of wood, laminate, or vinyl flooring that could begin to warp due to the heavy sitting water.3. The mop heads themselves are a bit flimsy so I'm sure I'll be buying replacement heads after a few machine washings.Overall it's a decent enough floor cleaner but for almost $60 It should be a lot better than it actually is with much fewer issues.
