doTERRA Copaiba Softgels, 60 Count

I was looking for a natural alternative to traditional anxiety meds. I use this, primarily, to treat my (pretty intense) anxiety. Traditional (and addictive) benzos (xanax, valium, etc.) are not an option for me (and really don't do anything for my anxiety anyways). SSRIs dont seem to even touch my anxiety at all. This product, however, does work for me. I am not a medical professional and everyone's body reacts differently, so educate, and know, yourself. It works for me, without a doubt, sublingialy, when I need something quick for anxiety (read bellow for how I use these softgels sublingualy) This is my personal experience with this product:These copaiba softgels work orally (ingested) topically (skin) and sublingualy (under tongue). I take 1 orally every morning, for anxiety.If I need something extra for as-needed anxiety (even panic) I will poke a whole in a gel and squeeze the contents out under my tongue and avoid swallowing as long as possible (min. 3 minutes). Using it this way, the effects are most noticeable and almost immediate to quickly calm me down. Some people complain of a "woody" flavor but I really don't mind and I've kinda grown fond the flavor b/c I know it's working.I've also diluted in liquid coconut oil and used it topically to treat acne that I get on the top part of my thighs (on my quad muscle area). I apply it at night before bed this way. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties and works where OTC products have failed. Although I'm very bad at using it consistently in this way.

I got these because somebody told me it helped their familial tremors. I have been taking 3or 4 months now and my left hand still shakes. Hoping that taking this will prevent my right hand from getting the tremors since I love to do oil paintings and don't want to have to give it up. I thought the price was high but considering there are two months' worth of pills in the bottle, it is not bad.

I am very happy with this product as I continue to purchase, However I was disappointed when one of the bottles did not have a seal on it! One was sealed properly and the other bottle was open. This make me hesitant to use it as I am not sure if it was tampered with and will not use. If I should receive my next order the same I will not be purchasing from this person again.

My husband uses for pain in his heel. It works wonderfully and is less expensive than the other product he was using.

I have not noticed much difference if any with this supplement. At first it seemed to lower my BP but I am not sure how much it really did.

I've not been an essential oil believer, but I can't deny that these gel caps work great. I strongly recommend them as an alternative to medicines with side effects you hate. Give this a shot. These are great for getting a good night's sleep, too.
