I bought this fireplace for my daughter because her roommates keep the house at 55 degrees. (They want to save money on utilities). Her room has poor insulation so it's one of the coldest rooms in the house.It came packaged very nicely without any issues or damages. The button interface is easy to use and it produces heat quite quickly. Or if you just want to have a nice fireplace like glow in your room, you can have the flames and the burning log visuals without the heat. You can also edit the intensity of the flames or turn it off.It's smaller and has wheels so it is easy to move around the house or the room. It comes with a remote.Overall, I am very satisfied and I highly recommend this fireplace.

The electric fireplace came well packaged, item was securely wrapped and was easy to carry. I put it in my bedroom, it quickly warmed the entire room to my desired temperature. The fireplace is in good size, all buttons are very straight forward to operate. It can be moved easily since it has wheels. When powered on, it looked beautiful. I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

This stove really surprises me. The basement just decorated feels cold because the heating is not big enough. This stove is just placed in the basement. The heating is very strong. It can also control the temperature remotely. It looks beautiful.

Fantastic product. Wooden appearance with elecritical remote which would control the room temp. There is a main switch on the panel then you would control all by the remote. Very easy to use. Especially the flame light which is so authentic that it looks so real. Love it.

Bought this to help heat basement in our home. Hooked it up and set them temp to 73 and it really made a difference in the room pretty quick. Nice solid cabinet and plenty of cord, remote is easy to use and having wheels on the bottom makes it easy to move around. The package it came in could of been a little thicker carboard but other than that I am happy with the item.
