This thing is super zippy and fun to play with. My son really enjoys it.

I purchased the Yoshi version and wanted the Mario. Mario broke on first use. Sounded like a great box issue. Opened it up and confirmed my suspicion. One of the teeth broke which caused the gears to slip, and the car can no longer run. Had to be defective. Yoshi version runs fine.

I loved this for my 6 year great Granddaughter. So you ask why not a 5 star? The item came in the package looking like it had been used. The remote, and instructions were loose in the box and the box itself was worn. But I gave it to her anyways and she loved it.

I bought this as gift for neighbor's children...I opened it and charged the main battery and installed the batteries into the transmitter so the toy was ready to be played with right out of the box.It's looks good with the functioning headlight and taillight, runs fine on carpet in forward direction but not so much in reverse. Runs fine in both directions on tile or wood floors. Scoots along pretty fast...seems like children would enjoy it.
