This is the second wave projector I bought. The first one was twice the price and had a distracting glitch that caused the movement to briefly freeze every 5 seconds or so, ruining the effect. This light is so smooth and you can adjust the speed to make it go really slow. Another cool thing about this light is it has a 4th white LED while other brands seem to only have the 3 red green and blue. Being able to mix pure white in with blue makes such a beautiful daylight water effect. Color settings are red, green, blue, white, red/green, blue/red, green/blue, red/white, green/white, blue/white, and then a few more rainbow-y settings that combine all 4 LED colors. The brightness of the light is also adjustable which is a feature I didn't find in similar products. Awesome all around!

It's very cheaply made. It feels like a dollar tree item .that being said it will work for what it's intended to. Ii think the price is to high for the way it's made

I looked for a while trying to find a simple, but good quality water wave projector. This one exceeded expectations!Colors: RGB + W - the presence of a white channel adds a whole other dynamic to the color selection compared to just RGB mixing that others have! The light is also dimmable, which is nice if you don't want it too bright.Speed settings - the wave motion speed can be adjusted, which is great if you're looking for party mode, or something more slow and subtle. I wanted these for a slow moving water effect, so it was perfect.Compact and mountable - this can be mounted or positioned where you want instead of being some sort of ceiling light or something. It's also relatively compact.The case and bracket are made of plastic, with metal screws on the tightening knobs. While this isn't in a metal can the way more expensive ones are, this should hold up if treated ok.Overall, this is great for the price and exactly what I needed!

The light effect was beautiful and the brightness and speed were pretty well adjustable; however the lights keep resetting back to its demo mode sometimes in less than a minute. I am extremely disappointed. I purchased 1 to test it but we were pushing all sorts of buttons so we didn't notice the issue. I only noticed the resetting issue after purchasing 3 more for a photo shoot and had to constantly change the settings. It was a nightmare and it was an issue with all 4 of the lights I purchased. I sadly missed the return deadline so I'm just at a loss unfortunately. I feel like they are so close to a great product but this one definitely misses the mark.

I used this inside a diving helmet to make a drowned skull effect. It looks really good.
