I bought these bar stools in white 5 years ago. They became a little grubby after this time what with kids, friends etc. I decided I wanted new bar stools and ordered another style (costing over £100 more), which were quite uncomfortable when they arrived, so decided to reorder these again in black. They look so much more expensive than they are. They are comfortable, well made, sturdy, and can take a lot of weight. They literally take minutes to put together. These are great chairs and in my opinion stand the test of time. Photos of new black ones and 5 year old white ones which my daughter has now taken for her house 😂

Just arrived. I bought 2 of these to replace my old bar stools in the kitchen which were falling apart after more than a decade of use. The new stools look neat, are well padded. The footrest is fixed to the seat stem, so does not rotate around independently. The lever handle for the gas strut is comfortable to operate. Assembly following the instructions carefully was very easy. Do not get the seat fixed onto the stem wrong, it is possible to do this! The footrest must face forwards and the lever is on the right hand side when sitting on the seat. Once fully assembled the parts seem to lock together so it may not be possible to change a big mistake. I cannot say how durable the stools are. Will leave further feedback after they have been used for a while.

These chairs do look great, very stylish. Easy to assemble and after nearly a year they’re in great condition. For a bar stool they are pretty comfortable, not as cosy as a good office or regular dining set chair but better than a lot of other stools I’ve sat in. They are sturdy enough but I’ve given these 4 stars because the foot rest on one is a little loose after a year of somewhat regular use.

Bar stools These bar stools are just about ok; I suppose you get what you pay for. We’ve decided to keep them even though they are nowhere near as good quality as our existing REAL leather bar stools that have only now started to split after 10 years of constant use. I can’t see these stools lasting that long, they feel lightweight and flimsy with legs and base made of thin metal with poor quality welding. Seats are covered in thin vinyl (not even proper “pleather”). Padding is ok though and they are pretty comfortable. The screws supplied are too soft, the Allen heads on two of them rounded off completely on assembly (maybe the supplied Allen key was too small) so I have to hope they never need re-tightening. I will update the review if these stools fall apart in the next few months.

I love these and so does everyone who has seen them. Can't believe the quality of them at this price. They were so easy to assemble and look so much more expensive than they were. Very sturdy and comfortable. Perfect!

The stools. I purchased six of the white swivel bar stools. These are not nearly as thick padding as my last stools and that concerned me but I took a chance and I am happy to say these stools are super comfortable. The padding looks thin but this, added to the super shiny chrome surround makes them ooze the look of quality and style. I love them. The horizontal stitching is way better than the squared stitching that you get on other designs. I have had these stools some months now and they look as good as new and they are used daily. I have never used chemicals or soap on them, I simply use water and a ‘magic sponge’ and the stools come up like new. I cannot recommend highly enough. Customer Service. So, why the review now, months after my purchase? Well, I had a little problem develop. I contacted the supplier, IntimaTe WM Heart, and as they were an Amazon third party seller I thought I was going to be heading for trouble but no, much to my surprise, and I do really mean much to my surprise, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Credit where credit is due and this company were prompt, courteous and actually, through no fault of their own, had to go to great lengths to resolve my issue and they did and they did so very promptly too. I am very thankful and without a shadow of a doubt would purchase from them again.

arrive dans un colis par deux. montage par assemblage puis 4 vis pour fixer l'assise. quand on a fait la première les autres s'assemblent en 1m30 chrono si on a une visseuse déballage compris. j avais un peu d'appréhension au déballage vu les commentaires qui rapportaient des défauts mais tout était nickel les chaises hautes sont très esthétiques, le dossier rend l'assise très confortable par rapport à des tabourets de bar classiques. pas de problème de grincement où autre à signaler. Evidemment il faudra voir avec le vieillissement mais pour l'instant je suis vraiment très satisfait de mon acahat

Ho aspettato 2 mesi per fare la recensione, buoni sgabelli in rapporto al prezzo, sono veramente comodi come seduta con uno schienale alto e facili da montare. Ne ho comprati prima 2 per provarli e poi altri 2 quasi subito, peccato che ho dovuto fare il reso/sostituzione di questi ultimi in quanto uno dei due aveva un difetto sulla cromatura sulla base che era già saltata via. Ho fatto il reso e mi hanno inviato la sostituzione gratuita di un'altra coppia, per cui sono soddisfatto e ho lasciato la recensione massima. Devo dire che anche in questa coppia c'era qualcosina nelle saldature che non erano state pulite bene, una leggera grattata ed è andata bene, comunque era in una parte non visibile. Per il rapporto costo/qualità e finiture li ho definiti buoni e forse ci stava una stella in meno, ma magari sono stato un pochino sfortunato io, infatti la prima coppia era perfetta e per questo ho messo 5 stelle. Sono veramente comodi e belli da vedersi e per questo li consiglio.
