Kicker HP402BTB Tabor Bluetooth Wireless Headphones

Awesome set of cans, The sound is great, plenty of low end bass response you would expect from a company like Kicker plus great mid/high range for Rock/Heavy metal!My music listening ranges from Extreamly bass heavy music like Decaf, Rap, and Dubstep to Heavy metal and even a little smooth Jazz.LOVE EM!Amazing feel, At work I often have these on for 11 hours at a time, have yet to say they are uncomfortable after 2 months.The battery lasts for quite a long time, I work 12 hour shifts and have these on the whole time plus some and after 2 months of near daily use I have yet to have these go dead on me, i dont even take the charger to work with me. I charge them while I sleep and wake up with them good to go every single time!The controls are nice and the Bluetooth mic works GREAT!Even at work in a loud factory I am still able to talk on the phone and people can hear me.Now, range.I wasn't expecting a huge range for what I do with these but I was happy. I would say something like 20 yds. Plenty of range if you left your phone on a desk and wondered around your house or something, have yet to really test the range but for what I do, Ive never had them break up or disconnect on me.Short versionRange: Okay, typical range for a BT device.Sound: Awesome! Very full, doent feel too lacking in any area particular, plenty of bass. I found the sound to be miles better than a co-workers $300 set of Bose headphones. They do a decent job of keeping outside noise where it belongs, outside. Even in a factory they cut the noise down a surprising amount for not being noise cancelling.Comfort: Another strong point, I have a decently sized head and wear these things for 12 hours at a time on a regular basis. Only discomfort I felt was from the mandatory safety glasses I wear at work!Battery life: As advertised, I have ran these for 12+ hours a day for the past 2 months or so and havent ever had dead headphones!Controls: Not too shabby, all buttons work great but have started to feel a little cheap (except power, that gets the least use) but I have gotten alot of use from these since owning.Microphone: Awesome! Even in a loud factory with bad cell service I have made many calls without an issue.Worth the money?YES!!!!! For the price you can't beat them in my opinion, I was shopping for a set of headphones that were wireless to keep me from getting them stuck on things at work and they had to last over 12 hours, sound good, and be comfortable. These hit the mark perfectly, I couldent find reviews on these anywhere so I went out on a limb and im glad I did!!! If you're in need of a comfortable set of cans that sound good and have great battery life, look no farther. You've found them.

The seller sent a brand new defective pair of headphones. No turn on/off indication and extremely weak Bluetooth connectivity. Informed them of problem and said would send prepaid return shipment along with new pair. They never did or attempted to reply to my messages. After filing a claim I was reimbursed instead of exchange as agreed upon, and now the price is higher. So in order to get a fully working headset I have to pay more because the seller failed to exchange out item. The headsets other than that work great and last a very long time (over 11 hours). Not best control button location but nice comfortable fit. Loud and slamming but very detailed sound. I would definitely recommend over Beats for people who want sound quality at better pricing. 9/10

Updated 12/31/16 Below:I want to love these headphones but this order came defective. I fully charged headphones but they would not turn on. Contacted Amazon and am returning these. I had to purchase another pair. I will review those once I receive them and test them out.12/31/16Headphones sound amazing. I love Kicker products.

These are absolutely awesome! My friends who owned beats where stunned by the sound quality and bass. Not to mention the comfort and build quality! Highly recommend these headphones as they have aged well and battery holds charge even after a year of heavy use. I've not experienced any Bluetooth issue like other reviewers. I pair it to a fire hd8 , one plus 3t, and oneplus 5t with out any issues.

The Bluetooth distance is pretty terrible. In fact it totally sucks ass. The sound leakage is even worse. The sound is decent, but what's the point when you can't turn the volume up because every one around you can hear what you're listening to.They may get returned.Update: the internal battery has already failed after only dozen or so uses. I plug them in to charge, light turns red and stays red until I unplug. (I believe the light use to turn off once charged...). It will still power up, but the battery goes dead in 20minutes or less. Total ripoff, I want my hard earned money back. Shame on kicker for a total junk product. I have literally used these less than 20 times!

Headphones are decent, but two items jump out (for my use, anyway) that dropped the rating:1) Volume buttons are located towards the back and behind of the right ear cup, so if you lean back/lay down they make contact with the surface and the volume adjusts. (I had to switch them around and wear it on the opposite ears so that the volume button stopped getting depressed when I leaned back. Luckily there isn't a noticeable R/L difference from a comfort perspective.2) Volume loud, and doesn't go low enough in a non-adjustable device setting. I have these connected to an RCA audio out on a TV and I can't turn the volume on the earphones down low enough (it gets to the "final" low volume level on the headphone and just shuts off or goes to "mute" mode)I would probably have returned these and went with some other similar model but my kid destroyed the packaging so I'm stuck. *shrug* Again, decent model, but those two items above are significant pain points for me.
