The bottle that I received did not have a tester label on it.

Q: If this is a tester, does that mean much of it has already been used? Will I get a full bottle? One reviewer said his bottle was only half full.

It is a full bottle. It just doesn't come with the fancy package as it was meant to be displayed as a tester at the store.
