This Foam Roller Treats Muscle Pain, Sports Injuries, Knots and Trigger Points.

I recently tried a foam roller at a physical therapist's office. I didn't feel like spending the money for one so the therapist recommended using a rolling pin on my leg. The rolling pin was hard to use on the side of my leg so I bought a foam roller and my leg has improved greatly. Although it is a bit painful to use at times, I can see a huge difference in how my leg feels and I'm able to run again pain free. I love my foam roller!

Product stop did a great job with delivering on time and quickly. They also contacted me which was nice and something I'm not used to. I'm still trying to understand how to use the foam roller and it has been very painful. Overall though it is a very good and sturdy product. It is a great place to purchase from. I absolutely love it! I first heard about the foam roller while in physical therapy. It was the only thing that seemed to target my back and give it a good stretch. I was surprised by how expensive some of these were. However, seeing as this foam roller came with a lifetime warranty it was definitely worth purchasing this one. I use it once, sometimes twice a day, and it hasn't lost its shape yet. If you are having back problems, or even if you just want a good stretch after workouts, I would definitely recommend getting one!

Great product. Very dense. I think it will hold up well. Only had a few days but has been used by me, my kids and nephews. Love the size. Helps loosen fascia and relieve muscle pain. Would buy again.

This roller was recommended by my physical therapist. My muscles are too tight around the neck and shoulder blades. I am "ironing" all the problems away! I believe it can be used for many other things. I am going to explore and see what else I can do with it.Before this roller I bought 6x18 and it did not work for my problems. This size is perfect!
