I am very disappointed. I bought this shoe rack on prime day for my husband and was really happy with it. It was a great size and tiers were all fabric. Sunday I ordered one for myself. First of all when I opened the box, per the instructions there should be 3 different size rods. I only received 2 sizes. Next I noticed the tier fabric. It’s laminated one one side making the shoe rack look cheap. Inserting the rods to the tier fabric of course wrinkled the plastic. Then I completely assembled the shoe rack and have another fabric tear left over with 4 short rods and 2 long rods with plastic ends left over. Lastly I set it next to my husband’s and of course it’s not even the same height because of the missing rods. When I reordered this item, I expected to receive the same item. The image doesn’t even show the laminated fabric tiers!

Very difficult to assemble with simple materials. Fabric is like paper and rips during assembly. The sheets should have been measured large enough to withstand putting together. Really wanted to like it, keep it, use it but couldn't because it kept tearing in my hands.

These were easy to assemble, and they fit quite a few shoes. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because they're a bit flimsy because of the soft material, so high heels may cause some damage. Besides that, they are great.

It was easy to assemble. I will say though that the bar caps did not fit. I included a picture of them so you know what I am talking about. In terms of sturdiness, it is holding my family's shoes well. We shall see how long it lasts.

Easy to put together, very low quality. I bought it for my 11 year old daughters closet though so it wont affect it. She has tons of shoes that needed to be organized and as long as you’re not using it for heavier shoes or to put shoes on display it’s good.

The rack is long enough to fit 5-6 pairs of shoes for each row and I love the fact that it can easily be wiped clean. Customer service was great - I was missing one pole, texted to have it sent and they sent a whole new rack within a few days.

It works but for how long. no muscle need but a heavy hammer is. NOTHING is cut right. the liners are easy to rip. The only saving grace for mine was extra parts. I would not recommend this brand.

Very unhappy. Just put it together and it’s very cheap. Every piece even the rods are easy to break. The white pieces and black pieces both broke, chipped or bent. It’s up but not sturdy. I couldn’t even move it without another piece breaking. I’m keeping it only because it would be more of a hassle to undo everything I just did and return it.
