I have plantar fasciitis and have struggled to find ways of relieving the pain. I had found kuru footwear which helped when I was wearing shoes but I found that when I wanted to be barefoot or in socks around the house, my condition worsened. I bought these and crossed my fingers that they would work. I put them on and immediately felt relief. I keep them on in bed so that when I get up at night I dont have to find them and put them on. I have been wearing them for several days now and can say that they have helped reduce the pain by about 90 percent. They have also helped my knee pain (had surgery a month ago) because the plantar condition was exacerbating the knee pain and the knee is now healing noticeably faster.For the price it's worth a try. They have done wonders for me. Will post again once I know how long they last.

These work well to relieve some pressure while walking or take up the space under your arch. Unfortunately, one was stitched poorly and separated. The other is used every day and seems to be holding up well.

I have tried every type of shoe insert out there and these supports are the only thing that takes my pain away! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the black grippy side doesn’t hold up well. I found that sewing a thicker material over that side easily fixes this problem (see picture). I’m going on wearing a pair for over 3 months with the extra fabric sewed on that side and they are still in great shape.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first but thought I would take a chance for the price.I put them on as soon as they arrived while doing household chores. Also wore them inside my shoes for errands and my feet feel better than they have in weeks. Seriously. The exact support I need. Usually my feet ache so bad an hour after I am up I just want to sit down.I highly recommend if you have planters fasciitis like I do.

Received two these items in one package.The first one came apart when the stitches broke away from elastic band after one week of use. The pocket holding a rubber pad on the second one ripped apart and the rubber pad broke (see picture) after four days of use.Very disappointed - don’t waste your money.

Tried them, and while they do have great support, they were extremely painful to wear - to the point of being distracting. May give them another chance when I don't have to walk somewhere important and can more slowly get used to them. The next day I did feel better... but definitely not a grab and go item.

These have been invaluable to me for my plantar fasciitis. I wear it anytime I’m walking around. I’m on my feet all day and use steel toe boots at work. I wear it in my boots, tennis shoes, and flip-flops. I try to avoid walking barefoot, but if I do I wear these. I also have tennis elbow and used it on my forearm one day when I forgot my arm support. It applied pressure right where I needed it.

These have been a lifesaver! I wear them around my house and wear the other bands without the cushion when I go to work or anywhere with a lot of walking. It’s amazing how quickly the pain goes away after wearing them. I’ve even forgot to take them off and slept with them and my feet feel amazing in the morning!
