This is an excellent marinade for salmon on the grill - sweet with just the right amount of spice.

We found this product served at a restaurant when we were traveling. It is soooo good that when we found it online, we ordered several bottles at once. It really is tasty on fish!

Not only do I cook with this but I also add it to mayo to jazz up its flavor.

I have used this product on shrimp, chicken and spareribs. Delicious on them all. My only complaint is that one of the three bottles was broken en route to me. Tighter packaging would help.

I love to grill fish with this sauce. Cook the top side of the fish, flip over on the grill and put the sauce on the side you have already grilled while the fish finishes. I have been using it for a number of years now, and I'm never disappointed.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. This sauce basically does all the work for you. You stick your prepped chicken in a ziplock bag with it and let it marinate for 24 hours on the fridge before you throw in the grill. Everyone will think you are an expert chef when they taste it. The end.
