When I went searching for an extension pipe for my faucet it never dawned on me to check where I bought it, here on Amazon. I still haven't figured out what the thread size actually is but couldn't find one at the big box hardware store. I opened this listing and was immediately notified that this is a frequently returned item. Lucky me! Why lucky? Because it meant I got to buy it at a discounted price as a returned item! Score! This is made to fit their products. It says it right in the listing. If you have one of their faucets, this is the one! Love our new shower!! Thank you so much! The only way this could have been easier is if I didn't need an extension to begin with. Now to finish the rest of my bathroom remodeling. New paint and sink faucet coming up :)

Bought a kit for my claw foot tub, and didn’t realize that it was a wall mount, so too short for my tub. My plumber looked high and low in local plumbing supplies for an extension, but to no avail. Thankfully I found the extensions on Amazon, and I had them in two days!!! Good quality. Problem solved.

I gave it a 4 because difficult to tighten with the very small flat spots and the washers were so small that they would not stay in when assembling. In the end it did look good and did not leak.

We moved into a new home that had a full shower system installed with a clawfoot tub, unfortunately even fully extended, my 5'7 self barely fit under the shower head, so there was no hope for my 6'2 boyfriend. I ordered one of these and after a couple of trials and errors (be sure to use a lot of thread seal, and all rubber washers are where they need to be and in good shape) I was able to install this all on my own! It wasn't a particularly easy or dry process, but it's done and we now have a fully functioning primary bathroom that both of us can enjoy.

Had a old fashioned bath tub so the connection were very low. The extension took care of it

I bought two of these because we couldn't get the first one to work. Second one wasn't much better. Had lots of trouble getting this to work with the shower faucet set it was meant to be compatible with. Kept cross threading when we tried to install it and have never gotten a good seal, so it leaks badly at both joints. It's only $20 and there's a reason for that. It's cheaply made; you get what you pay for with this product which is a crappy, incompatible and poorly functioning pipe extension.

When we bought the brass exposed shower we didn't realize how short it was, this pipe is a must-have! This gave us just the right amount of extension so that we could shower comfortably. If you are buying the brass shower we did, you should get this piece.

The top flange is not flared and it cut/displaced the rubber washer provided, be careful when installing as the black finish scratches easily, I used nail polish to do touch ups.

I purchased this shower pipe extension & it is leaking. When our plumber installed it he said it looks like that seals are dried out & deformed inside the tube. This is causing the water to be able to leak through. We have also used the sealant tape & it is still leaking. We requested a replacement for the piece we ordered, as we cannot get those items here in Canada.
